Stoked to be back at Fyrhuset Bikepark in Stockholm, where the big question is whether this local bike park can keep going. The session starts with warm-up laps in the skate park, then moves through the small jumps, the medium line, and the bigger mulch line as the riders talk through the park’s uncertain future.

The association running the park has ended, a new one has been created, and the goal is to save the bike park and get a new contract from the commune. Even with recent rain, mud, and limited maintenance, the jumps are still rideable, and the crew keeps digging, shaping, and riding while there’s daylight left in Sweden.

There’s a mix of BMX, hardtail MTB, dirt jump riding, park laps, and bike control tips, plus a reminder that dialing in foundation tricks matters just as much as learning new bangers. It’s a relaxed riding vlog with real updates, local bike park news, and plenty of session energy.

Perfect for fans of bike park vlogs, dirt jump sessions, BMX riding, hardtail MTB, and Swedish mountain bike content. If you search for Fyrhuset Bikepark, bike park updates, dirt jump practice, park riding, or MTB session videos, this one fits the mix of riding, maintenance, and community effort.

00:00I'm in Stockholm at my local bike park and I haven't been here a long time so we're gonna
00:04have a session today. We're gonna do some warm-up in the skate park. Okay let's do some warm-up
00:10here.
00:21I haven't been riding this bike in a long time actually.
00:29Can you do some tricks for the video? You need to warm up as well.
00:36So Neil is on a BMX bike today. Hey!
00:47Actually I've gotten a lot of questions about the park here. Actually the association that
00:51the run it ended so we had to create a new association and we tried to save the bike
00:56park. It's not final as yet so it's not really open but it's not really close either but we don't
01:01have
01:02the garage that we had before to maintain everything so it's not the best shape at the moment but we
01:07can still ride which is very cool.
01:28This is Harry. It's actually Neil's little brother.
01:33But he's way better than Neil so it's a bit funny.
01:45That's insane first tee. Thanks man.
01:48Very cool. Do you want to try to one up your brother?
01:52I'll try to one down him.
01:59I'll try to one up your brother.
02:00Yo. Hey.
02:08Yeah. Yeah decent line. Nice.
02:12Okay I want to try to do some tech.
02:41I would definitely say that park riding is one of the best ways to get bike control and
02:46yeah that's why we do it so much.
02:52No way.
02:54A hurry even one ups me now.
02:56So this is my little brother and what's funny is he's actually better than Alex.
03:01For real.
03:02So I'm definitely warmed up now and
03:05yeah I'm gonna try to do some brushing at the jumps and then do some laps.
03:09And what is cool with this place is that it's actually a pretty well-rounded bike park.
03:13We have some small jumps around the house here and then we have the medium line which is two jumps
03:20in a row and then a big line which is a step down and a mulch and then the skate
03:24park as you saw.
03:25And we used to do the bike fight competition.
03:27We actually run a F&B event here and then also a bunch of bike camps.
03:31So we hope to get back into that vibe again and
03:34yeah hopefully we can get the contract from the commune and save the bike park.
03:39Okay we recently had some crazy rain here so we need to take away some mud.
03:46But it stays pretty decent shape even though we didn't do anything for a long time.
03:53I also needed to show the mulch a bit of love.
03:56It's crazy when it's raining with these rain rots.
04:02Oh now the mulch is looking a bit better.
04:04It's so exhausting to dig it up but it feels so much better if you do it.
04:08And yeah I'm gonna head up to the start.
04:11Do some laps.
04:12But first I'm gonna show you the small jumps around the house.
04:15They're actually very cool.
04:16Not the best shape on those ones at the moment.
04:19But still very good for warm-up and also for the kids.
04:25Okay so here's the peep you can start in.
04:30And then you can jump around here.
04:34Yeah.
04:38Very cool.
04:39So this one is actually also very good for the kids to warm up.
04:43Like it's table jumps.
04:44But we need to do some maintenance here.
04:46That's why we closed that one so people are not riding it when it's not good.
04:50But yes you can still start here and come around in the pump track.
05:06Oh the boys are coming again here.
05:09Yoho.
05:11Yeah.
05:13I'm gonna join them and end up on the start.
05:36So we actually built a higher start for the big bikes.
05:44And then you can start with the hardtails there.
05:57It's crazy.
05:58I haven't been riding on the hardtails since a long time now.
06:01I think the last one was the 791 jam in Falun.
06:03And yeah it still feels pretty good actually.
06:07But when you haven't been riding for a long time you just need to do a lot of foundation tricks.
06:10Like the spins and bar spins before doing any bangers.
06:15But yeah very stoked to ride a hardtail again.
06:30I'm gonna do a couple of tricks that I don't do that often.
06:53Some people might watch my channel from my slopestyle career.
06:56And it is weird because one thought a lot of riders that compete have is that they
07:01don't progress that much because they're not learning any new tricks.
07:05And for me personally and I know it was like this for a lot of riders.
07:09But when you feel stuck in the progression and you only do the same tricks all over again all the
07:14time.
07:15Sometimes you can also build foundation which is the best thing to do if you want to do the tricks
07:20on contests.
07:21If you can do your tricks every single go and you have them very very dialed and feel very very
07:26safe and comfortable with them.
07:27That's actually a good foundation to do them in contests.
07:31And yeah the bangers you do like you need to have them really dialed to be actually pulling them off
07:36in a contest run.
07:37So just a quick reminder I think I really needed to hear that myself when I was competing.
07:42So yeah just remember that it's a good good thing sometimes to not learn tricks but to build foundation and
07:49bike control.
08:07I'm actually gonna start on the middle platform now to get some more speed for the first one and go
08:13a bit higher.
08:27Okay let's see if I can do some bar spins.
08:40The sui was a bit weak but the bar spins were good.
08:52Now Elias joined me for the session here finally so nice.
08:58Okay follow camera. Elias here.
09:17The sui was perfect dude. We were hoping for a crash there but uh yeah.
09:30They are too good. Thank you.
09:40We need to do some laps on the big one before it gets too dark.
09:45Summer is over here in Sweden it's so annoying.
09:48We usually have light until 10 11 in the evening here during the summer but now it's already dark at
09:577 almost.
10:04Let's go.
10:08Oh.
10:12Yep.
10:30I want to do some seat grab move but yeah I haven't done in a long time let's see
10:49I used to do all my tricks like all the bangers I wanted to do in contest runs
10:53three times in a row maybe four days in a week and almost like over training you know and if
10:59you're dialed at something you can almost have like two week break or even a month break and
11:04then you do it first try even this session I'm not really pushing it I need to go to the
11:08dome
11:08I feel and just go through my bangers again but it's insane that the muscle memory is still there
11:15in a way if like I mean I haven't been riding for 15 years but it always amazes me when
11:20you have a
11:20good feeling on the bike but you haven't been riding that much it yeah almost feels like cheating but
11:24yeah I'm stoked if you want to have updates on the bike park here and the up and coming camps
11:41hopefully and up and coming events hopefully then I will link the instagram in the bio but
11:46now it's getting too dark to ride so we're gonna call it thank you for watching
