00:05Whether you subscribe to Shudder through Amazon Prime Video or just simply want to
00:09stop your Shudder membership, this quick guide will show you exactly where to find

00:22easy tech guides. To get started what you need to do is head over to Amazon and log into your
00:28account. Now, once you've done that, you want to come and click on your name up here in the top
00:32right hand corner, which is going to take you across to your account page. And from here, if you
00:37just scroll down to the bottom, you want to look for the memberships and subscriptions section.
00:42And in here you should see a Prime Video Channels link. Give that a click. And what that's going to
00:47do is take you to this screen where you should see your Shudder subscription. From here, if you look
00:52to the right hand side, you're going to see a link where you can cancel your Shudder subscription.
00:56Give that a click. And what that's going to do is take you to this screen. They might just give
01:01you
01:01an offer or something like that. But of course, you just want to go through and click cancel my
01:05subscription. And then what's going to happen is you should be taken to this page where you can see
01:10it says your subscription to Shudder has been canceled. You should still have access until your
01:15next year to be billed. So you can see in my case, my subscription ends on the 30th of September,
01:20which is when I would generally be billed again. At this point, it's going to ask for some feedback
01:24for where you canceled your subscription. So you can choose from one of the options here, or if you
01:28don't want to put anything, just go ahead and click on two other. Once you've done that, as you can
01:32see,
01:33it's going to take you back to this screen and you can see now it says restart, which means that
01:37our
01:37Shudder subscription is now canceled. So that is how to cancel Shudder subscription on Amazon. Make sure to
