01:21claiming that children born in the state of Tamil Nadu will be given a gold ring.
01:24So now it has been decided that one gram of gold ring will be given to the family.
01:28The children who are from Tamil Nadu, the parents from Tamil Nadu
01:31and the children who are born in the government hospital.
01:33So this is how the initiation step is beginning.

01:42And we've been told that close to Tamil Nadu, 30 families, including the parents of twin or twins,

03:24756 crore rupees is the cost of the scheme to the government.
03:29And there will be rings for 4.42 lakh babies annually.
03:33So 4.42 lakh babies are expected to benefit from the scheme annually in Tamil Nadu.
03:38And there will be a unique serial number and tamper-proof pack for the rings that will be handed over
03:44to the new bonds.

03:55So there's a wedding gift scheme also in which 8-gram gold coin and a silk saree is given to

04:06Then there is Annapurini Super 6 scheme in which 3 free LPG cylinders per year are given to women-led
04:12homes.
04:13And the cost of this scheme is 4,000 crore rupees.
04:16There's also free bus travel scheme in which free bus travel is there for women and transgenders.
04:22The scheme costs around 6,000 crore rupees.
04:25Then there is the gold rings for newborns, which will be launched today by the Chief Minister.
04:30Now, this will boost the childbirths in government hospitals.
04:33And the cost of this scheme is around 756 crore rupees per year.
04:38There's also Kamarajal breakfast scheme, which was launched just days ago by the Chief Minister in Chennai.
04:45And in which there's a free breakfast that is provided to the students for classes 1 to 8.
04:50And the cost of this scheme is around 710 crore rupees.
04:54And there's also Vettri bicycle scheme in which free bicycles are provided to class 9 students.
05:00The cost of this bicycle scheme is around 277 crore rupees.
05:04There's also a laptop scheme.
05:06So Vettri laptop scheme in which laptops are provided to college students to bridge the digital divide.
05:12And the cost of this scheme is around 2,000 crore rupees.
