00:22He is accused of accepting the renovation costs for his house in Bandar Shri Damansara
00:27from A.G. Rekha Sendirian Berhad Director Tamsulazri Ismail,
00:32whom he allegedly knew had dealings connected to his official duties.
00:36The offence is alleged to have taken place on March 7, 2017.
00:40A conviction carries a maximum two-year jail term, a fine or both.
00:46MACC Deputy Public Prosecutor Irna Julieza Maras told the court Adi Azwan was charged in Shah Alam
00:53a day earlier under a similar section and asked for the 50,000 ringgit bail
00:58and bail conditions set there to apply to this case too.
