UDA's building in Chinatown gets facelift, five assets eyed for revitalisation

UDA Holdings Bhd (UDA) has identified four to five of its older properties nationwide for revitalisation through redevelopment and reactivation efforts.   Minister of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development Steven Sim said this during his visit on Sept 24 to the Chinatown 1974 building, formerly known as Bangunan Tunas Utama in Kuala Lumpur. 01:30because I saw it on the wire.

01:32I saw it on my FYP.

01:36So I said that the example that we can use

01:39to unlock the value of our asset

01:42is China Town 704.

01:44This is not all unique.

01:45This is how we are going to do it for now.
