As Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan arrived in the United States on Sept 23 for their three-day state visit, US top diplomat Marco Rubio said the summit between US President Donald Trump and Xi this week are expected to address “points of friction,” including differences on trade, critical minerals, and supply chains.
