00:26You never want to get to that point.
00:27So being talented yourself is really, really important.
00:30And knowing what you're not talented at, but having a network and understanding,
00:33okay, I don't know anything about finance.
00:34This person does.
00:35And I'm going to sell to them to help me hire the best finance person and the tech talent.
