00:05I'm in the seat I'm in, which is a true blessing, but I never really think about leadership. I think
00:12you just show up every day and do what's right, what you would want other people to do around you,
00:17and you just lead by example. You just show up, and if you care about other success more than
00:23yours, I think that you end up being successful, and by doing that, you try to coach, you try to
00:30teach, you try to listen, you try to learn, and you just work hard. At PNC, it's just an incredible
00:39place. You have people that care about the client, think about the client first, and when you do that,
00:48I think leadership just rises to the top. It just ends up being something that you see at every
00:56level in the organization, and you're just blessed to be part of it and try not to get in their
01:00way.
