00:38We're talking about three main issues that are going to be the center of the debate, of the discussions that
00:45are going to be taking place.
00:46First of all, I would say that it's sovereignty versus interference.
00:52Another one, unilateralism versus multilateralism.
00:57And last but not least, I would say that is what has to be with climate change and artificial intelligence.
01:07The big issues are going to be discussed and are going to be presented through different positions of this General
01:15Assembly.
01:16A lot of leaders have already arrived.
01:18Some of them continue to arrive throughout the day.
01:21We're talking about that the president in charge, Delcy Rodriguez, arrived on Sunday, yesterday.
01:30And she's expected to participate in the General Assembly.
01:35It's going to be 20 years since she herself, in 2016.
01:42She was the one who was talking under the name of Venezuela.
01:46Two years later, it was President Nicolás Maduro.
01:50It means that 18 years ago was the same time that she was represented.
