00:00Talk me through that initial kind of, okay, I've met a girl as a child in the equation.
00:07Like, what were you thinking as, because you were 18.
00:09I was 18. My now wife was 22.
00:13And I knew she had a three-year-old son because we met through my flatmate at the time.
00:19So I was flatting with a girl who I worked with.
00:22And I knew about Esther and I knew her story because she was her friend and whatever.
00:28And when we met, we were just meant to be hanging out for a few months, was our plan.
00:34I don't want to get into a serious relationship with someone who's got a child.
00:38Not because I judged her for that, but just it was never my plan.
00:42But then, obviously, you fall in love with someone and then everything about them, you go, I can make all
00:50of that work, you know.
