00:00Let's get started with the Bengals and Texans, a game we just touched on a few minutes ago.
00:03The Bengals certainly looking to go 2-0 on the season and get off to the good start that they
00:08have been looking for.
00:09Houston came up just short last week against the Buffalo Bills.
00:13We know the Texans are quite banged up.
00:16Buffalo certainly has a lot of offensive firepower, so it's like the great offense versus the great defense.
00:22And I wonder, Joe, which team will end up winning because the total certainly indicates there's going to be some
00:26points.
00:27It's 44-1⁄2 is the total in this one, and the Texans are 2-1⁄2-point favorites as of right
00:34now.
00:34It doesn't seem like that's going to get to three, so that's where we stand today in Houston at 1
00:38o'clock Eastern.
00:39Is there any particular position that you like better than another in this one?
00:45I'll tell you what.
00:46I hate to be boring to start off week two, but this game to me is a fade because to
00:50me it's a four-outcome game.
00:51You could see the scenario where the Texans' defense plays fantastic football and Joe Burrow's injuries a little bit more
00:57than they let on,
00:58as is Jamar Chase, who was basically a decoy in that first week.
01:00Let's just be real and call it what it was.
01:03He was not 100%.
01:04He did not look great moving around that field in that game, not the vintage Jamar Chase that we're used
01:08to seeing.
01:09You could also flip it around and be like, oh, well, maybe Burrow is actually just fine,
01:12and that offense clearly has more pieces than the Texans are working with currently.
01:17Then you have the potential for an underwhelming total or that overwhelming total.
01:20I don't love this game.
01:22Again, four-outcome games, I pivot away to the props, so I think the Jalen Knoll prop, 26.5 receiving
01:27yards,
01:27that's something he can get in one play.
01:29He's an explosive-type player.
01:31I would look towards Zoltan Schultz maybe to score a touchdown in this game as well
01:35and go to things you can control a little bit more like the David Montgomery share, too, 63.5 rushing
01:40yards.
01:40I would look for an over.
01:41He got 60 last week.
01:43He could have had more in that game.
01:44I think you run the football, you play a little bit more conservatively,
01:48you play your game if you're the Texans at home, and you get on that board for a W.
01:52And not to mention, the under could be in play because of the way that the Bengals defense played last
01:57week, too.
01:58Tampa's offense is no slouch.
01:59That Bengals defense was a much different version of what we've seen.
02:03Far more aggressive, hitting hard, making their presence kind of known,
02:07creating turnovers to a Baker Mayfield.
02:09So a lot of questions when the game, so I would go right to the players in this one instead.
