In this video, we examine Josh Shapiro’s comments about Donald Trump, the financial ethics questions surrounding the Trump administration, and the broader political debate over presidential conduct and potential conflicts of interest.

00:00This is a guy who's been president for two years and has pocketed two billion dollars for him and his
00:09kids during that time.
00:11Now I know that that's upsetting and I know that pisses you off.
00:15You know what makes me more angry?
00:17It makes me more angry that when he's sitting behind the desk and he's supposed to be thinking about you
00:25and fighting for you,
00:28he's really making ethical compromises so he can put money in his pocket or a new airplane on his runway.
00:38This is a guy who doesn't have your interests in mind.
00:42And right now, we got a whole flock of candidates running here in Pennsylvania, one's even running against me,
00:49who want to be a rubber stamp for that chaos and that cruelty and that corruption.
00:53People who, when you ask them, I couldn't believe this when they asked my opponent this the other day,
01:00name one thing you disagree with Donald Trump on and they can't even come up with one thing.
01:06How about ending the chaos and cruelty and corruption?
01:10How about electing public servants that are going to sit behind a desk fighting for you, not against you?
01:18That is what we need in Pennsylvania and across this country.
01:22Donald Trump, as you heard from the LG, I think he can be defined by three words.
01:27Chaos and cruelty and corruption.
01:31Think about the chaos that we're feeling in our lives.
01:35It's not just what you see when you turn on TV and you scratch your head and you say,
01:39I can't believe he just said that.
01:41It's chaos that's hurting folks every single day.
01:45Think about it.
01:46You go fill up your car, you're spending over $4.50 a gallon
01:51because Donald Trump chaotically entered a war we should have never been in
01:55and has no earthly idea how to get out of.
01:58That's chaos that's harming people.
02:01It's chaos that has claimed the lives of 18 brave souls
02:06who put on a uniform to defend this nation.
02:10It's chaos that is wreaking havoc on our allies abroad.
02:15More chaos every day in our lives that we are seeing,
02:19including when we go try and just buy groceries.
02:22The tariffs that he's put in place have made life harder for our farmers,
02:27shut down markets for them and driven up prices for all of us.
02:3150% more for the price of beef and then he slaps in the face of our beef cattle ranchers
02:37here in Pennsylvania and beyond
02:39and brings in beef from other countries.
02:42I mean, I got to tell you something.
02:43It is so offensive to Pennsylvania's way of life, the way he's treating our farmers.
02:49And we're all paying the price of that.
02:52Here's another thing that sadly we're paying the price of.
02:55In 2000, the year 2000,
02:59measles was completely eliminated from America.
03:04And today it's come roaring back.
03:07You can draw a straight line between the vaccine skepticism and the lies that have been spewed by RFK and
03:16Donald Trump over the last many years
03:18and the declining vaccination rates.
03:21Four families in Pennsylvania are suffering because their loved ones passed because of measles.
03:29A passing that RFK quite literally will not even acknowledge claims we're lying about it because it doesn't fit his
03:38phony narrative.
03:40About 800 Pennsylvanians right now are battling this awful, awful illness.
03:45And we pray that they will be okay.
03:48This is another example of the chaos that they are bringing into our lives.
03:54The kind of chaos that's making everyone worse off.
03:58And that chaos is matched by cruelty.
04:02The height of cruelty is saying to someone who's hungry,
04:07we're going to take away your food.
04:09Saying to someone who is sick, we're going to take away your health care.
04:13But that's exactly what Donald Trump and his allies have done.
