Thousands compete in Cebu’s Dragon Boat Regatta  More than 1,300 paddlers from the Philippines and abroad are competing in Cebu this weekend, with 43 teams taking part in races in Cebu City. The second edition of the NUSTAR Dragon Boat Regatta runs from Sept. 18 to 20, with the main races held on Sept. 19 and 20, at the NUSTAR Boardwalk in Kawit Island. The competition is supported by the Philippine Dragon Boat Federation, PADS Adaptive Sports, Cebu City Government, Department of Tourism Region VII and Philippine Sports Commission.
