01:19Elections are currently underway in Russia this Friday to fill the 450 seats in the state Tuma, the lower house
01:25of the Federal Assembly, which exercises the country's legislative power.
01:28The elections are scheduled to continue through Sunday, and the first results are expected to be announced immediately afterward.
01:34This is the first parliamentary election in Russia since the conflict with Ukraine.
01:39It regards Russian press environment reporting calling citizens to go to the polls and be sure to exercise their constitutional
01:45right.
01:45Furthermore, the leader described participation in the state Tuma elections as a contribution to strengthening the country.

02:42as a collective response to those who seek to deprive the country of a right to determine its own destiny.

03:20This will serve as our collective response to those who seek to weaken Russia and deprive us of the right
03:26to determine our own destiny.
03:32And Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev also cast his ballot in the State Tuma elections in Moscow on
03:39Friday.
03:40After voting, he addressed the press and urged people to go to the polls, stating everyone who takes part in
03:45the election brings us closer to victory over our enemy.
03:48Russia is electing the 9th State Tuma, the lower house of parliament, with voting ruling from September 18th to the
03:5420th.
03:55Medvedev is a member of the ruling United Russia Party, which has the largest number of representatives with 389, and
04:01is again poised to dominate the polls of the current election.
04:11And on Friday, Russia summoned the United Kingdom, charged affairs to protest about increased British supplies of drones and other
