00:23Project Hope Leeds, which helps tackle poverty, will run the Ebor Gardens Centre on Hasslewood Drive on a 25-year

00:31The transfers were agreed by the council's executive board after both groups drew up bids to be put in charge
00:37of the centres.
00:38A report said the two transfers would relieve the authority of maintenance costs.
