01:04Well, Alan, could you speak a little bit about Tyler Dibbley?
01:07He's obviously had a difficult first 12 months at the club,
01:10but there was a moment where he put the ball through to Brennan Johnson for the chance that was saved
01:16and then he's running back 40 yards to make a tackle at the other end of the pitch
01:20that David sort of applauded him, the crowd got behind him.
01:24We saw maybe glimpses of his talent tonight.
01:28Is that how you saw it and what does he need to do moving forward?
01:31Well, first of all, since he came back for pre-season, he's looked like he belongs here.
01:39He's looked more comfortable.
01:41He's a very quiet lad, Tyler, and it can sometimes take quiet lads, young lads,
01:48quite a bit of time to settle in, especially to a club like this with the expectations that are here.
01:53So, that was probably difficult for him last year,
01:57but he's come back right from the first day of pre-season
02:02looking much more comfortable in the environment and being able to play for a club of this size.
02:09So, that's been good.
02:11He's been training really well.
02:13He's just been waiting for his opportunity.
02:15And I said to him before the game, you've been waiting patiently or impatiently.
02:22You've now got your chance.
02:24You've been disappointed that you haven't been in the start of the living up until now,
02:28but now you must take that opportunity.
02:32You don't get loads of opportunities.
02:34You have to grab them when you get them
02:36and make sure that the manager's got a tough decision to make for the next game.
02:41And he's done that, which I'm really pleased about.

02:49Obviously, you've got quite a small squad this season.
02:52So, to be able to see the likes of Charlie come off the bench
02:55and Tyler come off the bench and make an impact,
02:57obviously Tyler started today, sorry,
02:59but come into the side and make an impact.
03:01That must also be really pleasing just to see that you've got those players
03:03that are obviously working hard and training
03:05and showing that they can step up and out the side.
03:07Yeah, we have got a small squad.
03:10But as a result of that, then, players will all get opportunities.
03:15That's what's happened tonight with the likes of Tyler and then Charlie coming on.
03:20And it's really important that every one of the players in that small squad
03:26is able to make a contribution.
03:28And I think we're in that position.
03:31I think we have that situation where we can play any of the players
03:36that we've got in the squad and they won't make us weaker.
03:42Can I just ask him, Harrison Armstrong wasn't in the squad?
03:44Was that injury or was that just rest?
03:46He got a little injury yesterday in training.
03:50We assessed him this morning and, unfortunately,
03:53he wasn't ready to play again yet.
03:56But we're hopeful that he'll be OK for the weekend.

04:17So I'm just wondering what you see as his main qualities
04:19and the role that he can bring to it when he's on song like tonight.
04:23Yeah, well, he is capable.
04:27You saw little moments there tonight of that acceleration that he's got.
04:32And he doesn't show enough of those moments.
04:33And we need him to be doing more.
04:36And, you know, I've spent a fair bit of time with Tyler and with Tyreek this preseason
04:44just trying to kind of get them to now contribute more than they were doing previously.
04:51And I think that there are certainly signs that that's coming.
04:58He has got so much talent.
05:01He's capable of going past people.
05:05You saw he went past on the outside.
05:07I talk to nowadays not many wingers go outside because they're usually playing on the wrong side,
05:14as people would say.
05:15But they're both capable of going outside.
05:20And I think it's really important that they do that because that now puts a seed of doubt
05:26into the full-back's mind of which way they're going to go.
05:31So that was great to see him going on the outside a couple of times
05:35because now that starts to open up the opportunities that he got to play through for Charlie's goal.
05:41But if you don't open that space up by threatening outside, first of all,
05:46then that probably won't happen.
