00:00My friends, for the last six months I have saved up videos that I cannot usually show on this

00:05channel, so instead of putting them bit by bit in every video, now I'll make a compilation of them.

00:10I'm talking about the newest and the baddest drone footage. We begin with the freshest

00:16drone versus drone sea battle, never before seen. I'm talking about these maritime drones. For the

00:22longest time only Ukraine had them, but now also Russia has them, and we have seen the first

00:28battle between them. Let's see who won and with what. It really surprised me. The drone you see

00:34right now from the camera is a Russian drone, and the drone aiming and shooting at it obviously is a

00:41Ukrainian drone. What we see here is a front-mounted Browning, mounted front of the drone, Browning

00:48machine gun, which is, what, 75 years old. It's a very old machine gun, heavy machine gun platform,

00:55a very robust and good machine gun, but still it's so weird to see the newest in drone warfare

01:02using almost the oldest in machine gun weaponry, heavy machine gun weaponry. And it really minces up

01:09that Russian drone, taking burst after burst, four or five shots in a row, some miss, some hit,

01:17now it's already smoking, and it keeps hammering it. By the way, the Russian drone does not have any

01:24machine gun mounted on top of it, so you could say it's a few years behind the Ukrainian drones,

01:29because three years ago we saw these maritime drones, Magura V5 for example, they hit the Russian

01:36ships, but no machine guns on them. Then we saw FPV drones launched from them, and now there are

01:42automatic machine guns on them, that can do this. This is unbelievable, for the first time in history,

01:54this drone battle, obviously you can tell already who's winning it, it's the Ukrainian drone, because

02:00the Russian drone actually cannot shoot back, and it's wonderful, magnificent.

02:08And now it's capsizing, is that the word for it? And can you even use the word capsizing for a

02:14drone?

02:15I don't know. Well, it's tilting to the side, and if that's not enough, the Ukrainian drone still hammers it,

02:22almost going under, still fires the last shots. Death blow, and it goes under. Relentless Ukrainian drone.

02:32Well, let's get into it a little bit, because there's a bit more here than meets the eye. First of

02:37all,

02:37I'm surprised they use the Browning machine gun, don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of that weapon,

02:42we have that in Estonian army, we use it, but our Brownings jam all the time. Now,

02:47I don't know if that's because those specific weapons are really old that we have, or because our conscripts,

02:53you know, mandatory conscription, they maybe don't know how to keep them properly, but they jam all the time,

03:00and if I say all the time, I mean every 50 shots they jam. If you put a Browning like

03:06that on a Marine drone,

03:07that is 500 clicks away from the operator, and if it jams on the seat, you're done for.

03:12You cannot unjam it, because they need quite a bit of robust force to unjam it,

03:16you gotta clink it around and beat it, pretty much kick it with a foot, to unjam it.

03:22It's not the easy weapon to handle. So they put a Browning here, and they did not jam.

03:26So what's wrong with our Brownings? Second of all, the seawater and the climate, meaning on the sea,

03:34air is moist and salty. If that gets into the Browning, it's a horrible mixture for machine guns

03:41to be in this climate. So again, they gotta be so sure this weapon fires without any problems.

03:47Honestly, I would put a Kalashnikov on top of there, or maybe five of them in a row with a

03:53drum magazine,

03:54or with a box magazine. But they put a Browning, so they're so sure of that weapon.

03:58And it proved to be the right choice. I'm just surprised. What a great Browning, honestly.

04:05So the Ukrainian drone we saw was Sargon 3000 unmanned surface vessel,

04:11and the Russian drone we saw was Zefir. Now, Zefir is a very bad reputation drone for the Russians,

04:18because for the last four years, Ukrainians have been developing perhaps 10 different USVs,

04:2410 different sea drones, all at once, because that's what a Ukrainian drone startup looks like.

04:29It's dispersed, very dispersed military industry. You cannot bomb it. If you're Russia,

04:35you cannot really destroy Ukrainian military industrial complex, because there's so many of them.

04:40We're talking hundreds of military startups all across the country, hidden in basements. You cannot

04:45destroy that. With Russia, it's the actual opposite, the literal opposite. One or two state-run

04:51monopolized companies run different areas of the military. For example, Rubicon runs the aerial drones,

04:59they're the best at it. For a USV, unmanned surface vessel, they never had an answer to the Ukrainian

05:05Magura V-5 or the other sea drones, except for Zefir. Zefir was their answer, but it was overpriced.

05:15It never got to mass production or production at all. It was lagging behind the Ukrainians and it

05:21sucked up the funding from all other, let's say, startups or ideas that the Russians had. They tried

05:27to push other sea drones into action, but this Zefir was politically approved, so it sucked up all the

05:34funding and they pretty much banned every other one, because the Russian military industrial complex is

05:40top-heavy, run from the top. It's not dispersed, it's very concentrated in one factory does this,

05:47other factories does this, these massive factories that Ukraine is actually bombing. So, Zefir turns

05:54out to be a disappointment. Overpriced, now destroyed by a Ukrainian drone and they are not mass producing

05:59it, they are very slowly producing prototypes. The Russians are not happy with this drone and Ukrainians are quite

06:06satisfied with it, because it's weak, it's bad and it's lagging behind in years of development

06:11behind the Ukrainian USVs. And it tells the whole story not only on there is strong warfare, but it

06:17tells the story with its symptoms here of dispersed industry, very multi-polar Ukrainian military

06:24industrial complex versus Russian top-down heavy monopolized system that state controls and gives

06:31political orders to what is made and what is not made, pretty much cutting out innovation in some

06:38areas, not in all areas, because in aerial drones the Russians are pretty good. This next chapter can

06:43be called truck convoys. You know how Ukrainians hunted the Russian trucks that go to from Novasia

06:51highway to Crimea? Well, they hunted them and now Russians deployed ever since August about two months ago,

06:57started deploying mobile air defense crews. These are these crews that drive in these

07:03Pukanka vans, loaf trucks, Scooby-Doo vans, that's what, let's call them that. And they're literally

07:10nothing more than a driver on a Scooby-Doo van and in the back there are two guys with a

07:14heavy machine gun

07:14or just with their Kalashnikovs and that's a mobile air defense crew. What Russians did is they put 10 trucks

07:20on the road, Novasia highway and one a mobile air defense group in the front, one in the back. This

07:27is supposed to be their fight against, you know, Ukrainian drones who have been killing massive amounts

07:33of trucks. Well, here is a video showing one of these mobile air defense groups with a double heavy

07:40machine guns. These are actually not heavy machine guns, forgive me. These are light machine guns. In the

07:45front, this is the frontal group, right? And they see a Ukrainian drone. I want to show you how they

07:50fire. Are they firing at the drone or at the trucks? These are the trucks they're supposed to protect.

07:57Fire is just a hair above the cabin. If I was this driver here, I'd quit my job the next

08:03moment I arrive.

08:05You will not be taken by a Ukrainian drone, you will be taken by your own mobile air defense group

08:11and that's the drone and it couldn't shoot it down. Just goes to show how difficult it is. It always

08:18feels like you aim it, you point it, you press the trigger, you shoot it down, but it doesn't go,

08:24the bullets don't hit. If you ever shot these flying discs or ducks or anything, it's not how it looks.

08:30It's really damn difficult to hit a fast moving target like that. Now gets out his machine gun,

08:38still tries to shoot it down. Doesn't work out for him. The drone goes back for another spin.

08:43And these Russian gunners, I mean, they're not the best. Of course, there are some really good ones

08:48with great record of taking down tens of drones, but here in this video, I'm sure you all saw it,

08:53it's a few months old, but this here is an extremely heavy machine gun. Usually they're mounted on Russian

08:59attack helicopters like a Ka-52, but to make these mobile air defense crews, before they actually deployed

09:05them massively, they tested out a few weapons on top of them, so they took out this machine gun from

09:11the helicopter and put it on a loaf truck. This here is not a loaf truck, but the point remains

09:15the same.

09:16It's a very heavy machine gun that is supposed to be very strongly mounted to any platform.

09:23Now this guy is training on it. Let's see how it does.

09:28Opens fire immediately does the ballet dance and look how it spins. The force on this weapon is

09:35insane. The firing rate. So it's not meant to be fired from a platform like that. And opens fire,

09:42and the other guy ducks a split second before his head is made into mint smith. Look how close that

09:49is.

09:50And the guy flies away. So this is when they were just trying out these mobile air defense crews,

09:55and this is one of the failure videos. It just gives us an idea of the wrong weapon for the

10:01wrong job.

10:01Maybe it's the right job. It could take down a drone very well. It's just wrongly used. It would

10:08be better to actually fly the choppers with this machine gun on top of the drone and patrol the

10:13Novorossi skyway and shoot down the drones. That would be better. So going on on these convoys,

10:18when Russians deployed these AD groups, what Ukrainians did is not they did not continue hunting the trucks.

10:25Well they did, but first of all the priority changed. Now they're hunting the groups first, as you can see

10:31here.

10:32And then after that they will take down the trucks.

10:36This way eliminating Russian air defense

10:40groups, although these are very mass-producible. It's just a Puhanka van and a machine gun and one guy.

10:46As you can see, this is a Russian air defense unit. It's just a guy pretty much on a technical...

10:54It's the Toyota wars all over again. This is what we see. A guy on a... Let's say this would

10:58be a Hilux

10:59driving around in a desert. But this is Russian and it's not a Hilux. It's a lot older truck.

11:05This is what we see. This is what they are forced to do, because it is the only method that

11:10kind of sometimes works.

11:11But it's a very casualty heavy method. So let's see what's inside these trucks,

11:18because most of these trucks that they are guarding are civilian trucks. They look like civilian trucks.

11:23They have civilian plates. But don't be fooled, my friends. These trucks running on the Novorakysk highway.

11:28Look at that. Inside is a Puhanka van that will be turned into a mobile AD crew, perhaps, and military

11:35gear.

11:36I don't know what's inside these bags, but they are not civilian. So they are carrying military supplies

11:41for pretty much everywhere, because Novorakysk highway is the highway connecting Russia, mainland Russia,

11:48to southern occupied Ukraine, to then occupied Crimea. So this highway is the life feed to a massive

11:56Russian occupied area. So these trucks are very necessary for them. Now this next video is put to us,

12:03of course, by 414th Magyar's birds. We all love them. And this is again Novorakysk highway,

12:11hunting the trucks. And as I always said, taking out one truck in a convoy of 10, that's usually what

12:19the Ukrainians do.

12:20They don't destroy the whole convoy. That does the trick. You know why? Because nobody wants to drive these trucks

12:26anymore.

12:26Or if they do, they demand an insane wage. And if they do, then the companies have to pay an

12:31insane

12:32insurance on this truck. So it drives up the prices and it makes the markets insanely difficult to find drivers.

12:40So let's see the symptom of it, the proof of it. The drone slams into a truck and this says

12:48right here,

12:49it's a job offer in the back of the truck and it damn looks like it's written in blood almost.

12:54How

12:55symbolic. Well, this means we are looking for drivers. Call this number. And this exact truck is attacked.

13:02So this video already proves to us that this system is actually working. Same system is used on the Sea

13:07of

13:08Azov where Russian ships, carriers, tankers are hit. Well, there actually a massive number of them are hit.

13:14Not only one in ten, but I would say half or more of the ships that cross the sea have

13:18been hit.

15:08but I haven't showed it on my channel. I waited for this video so I could make a compilation. It

15:12blows my

15:13mind. It is from this summer, it's about like a few months. So we see, somewhere in Donetsk, I think,

15:19we see, look at the video first. These small dots right here, they are Ukrainian FPV drones

15:26I don't know if they're fiber optic or not, but they are planted on this road, laying in ambush for

15:31the next Russian attack to come. And they can lay like that for days, without the battery dying for

15:37days, even more over a week. And they can still, they're like in standby mode or sleep mode, whatever

15:43you want to call it. It doesn't take much electricity, it takes a bit. So they can be like that

15:49for days

15:50and still when somebody comes, they send an alert to the operator, they immediately rush up the drone and

15:55kill somebody. And here, what, the tens and tens? Perhaps a hundred of them. That road is littered

16:03with them, filled. Every few meters there's a few drones. Tell me an armored convoy that could pass this.

16:12This is what, 500 meters of road littered with drones in ambush. It is literally impossible to pass this

16:20in any kind of an attack. It doesn't matter which countries, tanks you have, be it Abrams, be it the

16:26Korean K2, whatever it is, Leopard, Challenger, everything would be demolished by these drones.

16:33There's no armor in the world that could survive this. This is the warfare, this is why the front line

16:39is not moving, because of tactics like this. And it's not the Ukrainians only using it, Russians use the exact

16:45same tactic with almost similar numbers, quite similar numbers. But this story doesn't end with

16:51these drones. The Russians actually, I know you're not used to seeing this, but this time the Russians

16:56used the dragon drone, the fire breathing drone, to actually eliminate this. So obviously,

17:02usually, I make the joke, usually they eliminate such kind of drones with their men and with their armor.

17:08But in this case, they deployed a dragon drone, a fire breathing drone, white phosphorus or whatever

17:15it drops. It drops on the drones, obviously destroying them. It's a very good idea. It's a very good counter

17:24weapon. Here I saw it like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. How many

17:33it destroys? I want to see 12 here.

17:3713, 14, and now it ran out of the phosphorus, the drone is still fine. So we saw it destroy

17:4414 drones

17:45in 5 seconds. It's insane, but that still remains about 80 of them left. So perhaps they brought in

17:51more, we don't have footage of it, but it shows you a weapon or an idea and immediately a counter

17:57weapon or

17:57a counter idea. This is how this warfare evolves. It's a constant outmaneuvering of the enemy, out

18:04in invading the enemy. And you cannot say that Ukrainians are leading all the time. The Russians

18:08are leading about half the time. They're really close all the time. So why are these drones out

18:16there? I just showed you the video. There's countless videos, but I tried to choose the latest that is

18:21good enough for us to watch. So this is August the 10th, Donetsk Oblast. I'm not sure if this is

18:26Lyman area, but it's Donetsk Oblast. And we can see pure breed Russian meat assault with Pukhanka vans

18:34and technicals. Nothing armored here. Zero armored vehicles, but you see about what 20, 25 trucks.

18:42It's a very Russian way of doing it. So each truck carries three, four people, 20. That's well over

18:48100 soldiers in this convoy with a massive amount of vehicles. And Ukrainian drones discovered them

18:56and they will hit them one by one. Now in this video we see hits to about... Oh, did you

19:02notice this?

19:03I'm sorry. It closed in and now the video feed stopped. This is what a jammer does. This is what

19:11these

19:11low-cost, low-grade jammers do. Ukrainians use them also. They create this jam bubble around the vehicle

19:17of about 100-200 meters. So the last 200 meters of the dive will be blind. It could hit, but

19:25it maybe

19:26it misses. That's what it does. And a lot of the Ukrainian trucks have these same jammers. A lot of

19:33the

19:33Russians have the same jammers. They're not expensive in military terms, but they jam a fixed frequency

19:40and the jamming bubble is only 200 meters because they're not strong. You could make it a one kilometer

19:46if you have a massive battery and cooling system because they do heat up. No one does it, no one

19:53has it,

19:54so it's the small jammers that run on a car battery that do it for 200 meters. As you can

19:58see the end of

19:59each dive is blind. That's the goal of these jammers. Not this case. Now notice this dive-in. They did

20:08it with everyone.

20:09They dive in and now they switch to this high-resolution image. This is an AI enhancement. It came out

20:14about

20:15one and a half years ago and it's a really cool and easy effect for anybody to do. It makes

20:21the

20:21lowest of the low-grade of images and makes them into 4k pretty much. It's amazing. It's an amazing

20:27effect and I'm so glad to see Ukrainians reusing it. But bear in mind it's so easy to use that

20:33a lot of fake

20:34AI videos that you could not really tell are fake are coming out about this war. A ship being hit,

20:42drone diving into a factory, explosion being a little bit bigger than it should be,

20:47small changes that are not obvious. I've seen countless of these AI videos. So this effect,

20:52this clear video here is made with an AI enhancement effect. Look at that. This is okay to use. This

20:58doesn't really like fake anything. It just enhances. But there are fake ones also. Just bear that in mind.

21:04So of course I want to show the aftermath. This is why I booked this video because there is actually

21:09an

21:09you know the video itself and an aftermath. The list of coordinates as you see on the screen

21:15are each and every one of these destroyed vehicles and look how long the list is. This is what 30

21:23-40

21:23vehicles of a list. Each and every one of these destroyed vehicles geolocated on this road in this

21:30video. I'm not going to even count them. There's many vehicles per 10 meters. Every 10 meters there's

21:36many vehicles. You can go and have fun and watch it time by time. And somebody geolocated each and

21:42every one. It's an insane amount of work somebody did. And it's done. And this is the aftermath to show

21:48you.

21:49Each of these vehicles had perhaps let's say three to four people in it. So you do the math.

21:55This is half a battalion I would say. Half a battalion tactical group. Russians don't use them anymore but

22:03this is a few hundred dead Russians. Also this is the road that the driver was driving on. 300 meters

22:10of road close to Dobropilya. Only 300 meters and this is a carnage we see already. Now let's go on

22:16to the sea

22:17again. We started with the sea. Let's go back onto the sea. I want to show you. I mentioned the

22:21you know

22:22we looked at the trucks being hit and AD groups being hit. Let's see the odds of shipping lanes

22:28being hit. And in this case like I mentioned the heavy machine gun that should be and was on a

22:33chopper. In this case it is. This very same machine gun now is on a chopper that is actually chasing

22:40this

22:40drone and shooting at it. And it's missing. It's hitting the water. You can see the splashes in the water

22:47constantly missing. It again goes to show how difficult it is to hit a drone like that. And

22:54this drone just evades it like a pro and goes in to hit the tanker that is already smoking. It

23:00has been

23:00already hit once or twice. Goes in to hit it and look what is written on it. No smoking. Oh

23:09my god I

23:11haven't made a joke like that. You know in years. First two years I made the joke that Russians are

23:16carelessly smoking everywhere. Hey I gotta bring that back. I mean this is a sign from the gods

23:21honestly to do that. No smoking and it's already smoking. This is too good to be true. Like the job

23:28offer in the back of the truck. Let's of course show you the aftermath. It's not the same ship. This

23:33ship that was hit was called Armada Leader. I know it's a weird name. This ship here is called Grace

23:40Roma Victor. I don't know why they put these crazy names on the ships but they do. Over 200 Russian

23:46ships have been hit on the Sea of Azov. Mostly they've been hit on the same locations and this

23:51one you can see what happens after one or two hits. So you don't need to destroy the whole ship.

23:56You don't

23:56need to sink it. You do this and it has to be in repairs for months and months and months.

24:01And if you do

24:02that for 200 ships the repair time goes up. So this is enough. One or two drones per ship are

24:07fire

24:07and all of the infrastructure is destroyed. You cannot use that ship. You gotta put a lot of money

24:13and effort to fix it. We talked about how difficult they should to shoot down drones. I want to give

24:18you

24:18one successful video, clear-cut video when the Russians actually shot it down. But bear in mind how many

24:24shooters, how many tracer rounds and in between each tracer there's five or four invisible rounds. How much

24:31it took. What it cost you.

24:37Look at that. One, two and in the back. I would say five, six shooters definitely. And they shot it

24:43down.

24:43Great job. But how close it was, how low and slow it was flying, how many shooters. So if the

24:49drone is

24:50further away you still see it. If you don't have this whole army of shooters, it's very difficult to shoot

24:56down a drone with a machine gun. And this next video proves it perfectly. In this next video I counted

25:02about 10 shooters definitely. The drone is further away and they're all trying to shoot it down. Look

25:09how high it is. It's pretty much impossible to do that. If you don't use these explosive bullets, the flak,

25:15sorry for not knowing how it's called, but the flak that creates this explosion and the field of debris in

25:20air used heavily in the second world war by the Germans. If you don't use that, you don't take it

25:26down. Just use machine gun fire. It's about 10 000 bullets in the span of 10 seconds that will fly

25:32up

25:32and fly down somewhere in someone's vehicle. So massive carnage to civilian infra. And they didn't
