00:23this is 76 octane gasoline gasoline that is not produced almost anywhere nowadays in the world
00:29except for russia because they're lacking gasoline so they produce garbage but cars made in 2026
00:35well hell 21st century they cannot handle low grade gasoline low octane number gasoline i'm not an
00:43expert on this field but as much as i read up low octane gasoline becomes to ignite more easily so
00:50it ignites before it should in the engine block and it makes a knocking noise it makes the engine
00:56knock long-term usage can break your pistons break the valves pretty much ruin the engine completely
01:03but more sensitive more fine-tuned cars definitely german cars will be destroyed after one usage let's

03:07speech that lets us know about a highway rostov stavropol highway that's about 350 kilometers stretch
03:13and he says well let's see what he says gasoline situation from rostov to stavropol there is no
03:19gasoline anywhere absolutely none i stopped at the gas prom station in mechiodinskaya they said
03:27tomorrow then i stopped at the roysneft station at salsk roundabout they said tomorrow in short
03:33there's no gasoline friends in stavropol said there's no gasoline there either i've just entered
03:39the city and two large gas stations at the entrance are closed there are no lines so prepare prepared you
03:45won't be able to refuel for 350 kilometers i mean with a full tank it's nothing you go through that

05:15however you want to call it the port area i'm saying saint petersburg being an export hub majority of

06:03perhaps to fill up crude and exit again at the same time that ukrainian drones are actually
06:10destroying these very same fuel silos it's the process is happening right in front of our eyes
06:16and i mean look at those high rises saint petersburg is the most european city in all of russia like
06:23the most european city and still look at that this is not european at all
06:35it's massive how many people fit in that building
06:39this one building right here it's an entire city i just found out something wild about stem cells

10:43the russia's largest oil refineries the yaroslavl oil refinery 300 000 barrels per day is massive but it's
10:53burning it doesn't matter that you're so massive when you're on fire ukrainian drones hit it for the
10:59several i don't know gazillionth of time i mean this refinery refined 15 million tons of crude oil per
11:07year it is mind-bogglingly large so it takes quite a few attacks i'm guessing hundreds of drones to
11:15actually take it offline and the funniest part this specific video here is a guy with a car waiting in
11:21a
11:21fuel line in yaroslavl while filming the oil refinery in fire the oil refinery that is supposed to
11:28deliver fuel or refine fuel to this specific gas station it's the full circle this is effing insane
11:35it's about to hit they're not gonna shoot it down and boom right there on camera i did you'll hear
11:42the
11:42blast in a second they're filming their very own reason why they're in a fuel line the first place
11:47they're filming it because the oil refinery is burning boom that was a hell of a hit they've
11:56already hit it with like 50 drones i mean each of these small explosions you hear from far away it's
12:01it's a drone and when 50 makes uh through you know a few hundred possibly are shot down so gives
12:06you the
12:07idea of the scale of these attacks and they're happening every other day now so you can say that
12:11ukrainians are sending hundreds of drones every other day into russia which gives you an idea of the
12:17scale of their production of their mass production this is insane a year ago ukrainian production
12:22levels of these long-range drones were not even close to what they're now but how has the government
12:27responded russian government i mean with the elections coming up in the end of september i'm
12:33really interested how the authorities react to these obvious issues i mean hundreds of videos of burning
12:39oil refineries of lines in gas stations of people's car getting destroyed because they're low quality
12:45gasoline here i bring to you the russia's deputy prime minister novak let's see how he explains this
12:52issue or explains it away how long will the current gasoline situation last there's a feeling that back
12:57then it was acute crisis like talking about the first gas crisis which was in june and a bit before
13:04that then in july it got better and beginning of august this is the second fuel crisis in russia back
13:09and when it was an acute crisis whereas now it could be more prolonged is that true or not
13:16first of all i want to say that the government is keeping its finger on the pulse every day and
13:21we're
13:21monitoring the situation together with companies and regions i love it when the russian oil
13:26defineries are burning then the authorities are monitoring the situation i always get an idea with
13:31putin you know with the binoculars you know the photo watching he's monitoring his own country with
13:36the fires everywhere but he's monitoring it it's you know empty talk of a politician they're not
13:41gonna do much about it basically we're looking at where we need to redirect supplies because we're
13:46indeed entering uh what would be called a second stage of tense situation in the market what pretty
13:54big words for non-besties we are effed we expect a number of oil refineries to come back online
14:02wow big promises after maintenance in the near future and the situation will improve significantly
14:09the main reason is that ukraine and drones are hitting them and he never mentions it he mentions
14:14oh we're maintaining we're doing maintenance they're offline i don't know why but they're offline
14:19and we're gonna fix them up no you're not the majority of these big and modern oil refineries in russia
14:24are built by european companies of course refineries built in the soviet union in the 60s and 70s can
14:31still produce fuel but the uh quality is so much lower the quantity is also so much lower the largest
14:37ones and the most efficient ones are built 2005 to 2000 like 12 by european companies that now have
14:47fully sanctioned russia to the moon chinese companies can't replace them but it will take time
14:52they're quite expensive and china is not running off to give russia this gift so they have no fast way
14:59out
14:59of this at all there's no magic spells somewhere russians themselves cannot produce refining units
15:05cracking units they don't have the technology they never did they have to import it from china which
15:11might take years so if it's offline it's offline but this guy says deputy prime minister lies to the
15:19face of that reporter and to his own people that after maintenance they will be back online we'll do
15:24everything we can to make that happen including the measures already taken to ban exports imports have
15:30already begun and their necessary regulations have been adopted to allow additional lower grade fuel
15:35euro 2 euro 3 and euro 4 to be produced and it doesn't mention the video we just watched and
15:41hundreds
15:42of cases like that when the counterfeit gasoline sold or the so low grade gasoline sold will destroy
15:48people's cars when they loosen those restrictions it's not going to be euro 2 that will be sold that's
15:54a quality standard they will sell garbage that has no quality standard as we saw from the videos
16:00already by the way that imports have already begun that he mentioned means that russia exports uh crude oil
16:07with extremely cheap prices let's say to india three months later buys extremely expensive diesel and
16:13gasoline made from that very same crude oil with insane prices so it's as horrible of a situation
16:20as it can be these are some logical issues logistical logistical we're working with each region
16:27individually to address and resolve them well great that's what i've always heard from russian politicians
16:33ever since i can remember hearing them from many kind of media they're looking into the situation
16:39and resolving it and nothing has gotten better in russia this is a very good analysis of the russian
16:45fuel crisis i'll just picked out two paragraphs i want to read to you because it gives us an outline
16:50or idea that pushes over some illusions people have about these burning oil refineries or oil depots
16:58first of all what this one year of pretty much non-stop attacks against russian fuel oil refineries have
17:06done let's check it out russia is physically refining less and less oil according to kepler a russian
17:12refinerist processed around 3.8 million barrels per day in july 2026 the lowest level in more than two
17:20decades for comparison the normal level for this period in 2020 to 2025 was 5.3 to 5.6 million
17:28barrels
17:28per day that's about 30 percent decrease in oil refining capability that they cannot fix fast
17:35because it has been destroyed it's not damaged or repairable it's burned to crisp and a second
17:41paragraph i want to read to you gives us an idea of why one hit doesn't mean the oil refineries
17:47out
17:48of action might take five different hits throughout six month period ukrainian strikes and russian oil
17:54refineries are continuing a cycle has effectively formed and this cycle says it all strike repairs
18:02partial recovery another strike this is why we see five strikes the other slav oil refinery already the
18:10one we saw today we see three strikes the moscow oil refinery already in bashkortostan i don't remember
18:15how many strikes i've covered seven maybe it's still going on because these strikes they never fully
18:23burn it to the ground you gotta methodically take out sections by sections of this oil refinery after
18:29every strike you analyze what is destroyed and what else to strike next time and then you plan it
18:35might take a month you cannot gather up the drones and go so it's not a linear uh strategy of
18:42one
18:42strike meaning that is offline same goes to logistical warehouses they might burn to crisp they might be
18:49partially destroyed then you need another strike and altogether since august 2025 so in one year at least
18:56almost 25 different oil refineries have been struck that is not meaning like some people say that 25
19:01oil refineries have been destroyed only a very small percentage of them fully destroyed and offline
19:07but 30 percent of total oil refining capacity of russia has been taken out as of now and in the
19:13end of
19:14this video i just want to give you some honorable mentions talking about russian fuel crisis i mean
19:18they're they're creative people this this guy or woman i don't know which is it she has a plastic bag
19:24so that's what she will go
19:26with fill it up with gasoline and put it in the trunk of the car it's so dangerous so stupid
19:33it'll
19:34probably leak all over the car which makes the car extremely flammable in this next video we can see
19:41that the situation has become so dire that even a police force has to line up to get fuel before
19:47that
19:48there were certain vouchers that when you were part of ambulance or police or military you can cut lines
19:54and get your gasoline but here the entire police force of a certain city has lined up to get gasoline
20:05all of the cars at once if they cannot cut the line if they don't have that kind of vouchers
20:11that says something about the situation that they have cancelled these vouchers because there's nothing
20:16at all everybody has to wait gives you an idea of how bad this situation is and finally we go

20:22chelyabinsk and this you can get an idea of the herd mentality of the sheep mentality you've all seen the
20:28photo of two uh fence posts and the sheep going through them although there's no fence only two fence
20:34posts and the sheep go through the gates no fence at all we see the similar situation right here this
20:40man
20:40goes to explain that one of the pumps is entirely free out of completely free there's only two cars
20:47or one car he waited in line for a long time made a circle and went to the free pump
20:52and this line
20:53goes for about one and a half kilometers that's thousands of cars i'm guessing two two or three
20:59lanes of that and nobody going to that pump because everybody's waiting for their pump one or two pumps
21:05they're all in line for that and there are three pumps next to it that's the herd mentality i couldn't
21:10say only russians have it everybody has it when this situation happens you gotta think but this guy
21:16broke free from it and just refueled and left everybody else is waiting for those two pumps
21:22just to give you an idea of how this situation can produce the mass mentality or herd mentality in
