00:00my friends today's topic is russian infrastructure russian economy and the fuel lines yes the fuel
00:08lines they are back russia alleviated the issue by importing diesel and gasoline so finished
00:14refined fuel products from countries that it had exported raw oil to before like india for example
00:22russia exported oil to india at almost net zero prices making no money just keeping the supply
00:29lies going off oil going out and some money getting back getting back to zero but when you buy
00:35expensive diesel and gasoline after you pretty much give them free oil and you buy extremely expensive
00:43gas and diesel after it's a really bad way of making business but even that could not satisfy the need
00:50of russians for diesel and gasoline so three days ago this video comes from moscow and yes the fuel
00:59lines are back and if they're back in the capital they're back in everywhere else definitely these
01:05lines you've already seen them they are hours and hours long and of course we cannot disappoint you
01:12we have people in these lines speaking how they feel about it and i think this is one of the
01:17best ways
01:18to understand the mysterious russian psyche how it handles pressure or rather how it can't handle it at
01:26all i've just driven past five gas stations and there's no gasoline at any of them honestly the
01:32situation isn't funny anymore what needs to happen for all of this to stop and we can finally get back
01:37to normal life i want to get back to normal life where we can just kill ukrainian children and not
01:44worry
01:44about it so i can buy my gasoline and the children in ukraine can just die without me knowing about
01:51it that
01:52was normal before that's what this woman wants well there's no gasoline neither in the tank nor any of
01:58the gas stations only diesel only diesel well in the european union a lot of people drive diesel so
02:04many people because for a lot of the time for decades actually it used to be cheaper used to be
02:10more
02:10reliable well now gasoline in the european union is sometimes even cheaper than diesel but it's not the
02:17point the point is a lot of us drive diesel i've drive diesel my wife drives diesel but in russia
02:22you know the gas station of the world many people drive gasoline because it was never an issue well
02:27now it is i'll tell you this this second wave is going to be much worse difficult than the first
02:34talking about the second wave of fuel shortages and gas lines as i mentioned they started in june in
02:39summer this year in the middle of summer july russia alleviated the issue importing gasoline and diesel
02:46from countries like belarus india and kazakhstan but it wasn't enough now the second wave has hit
02:542026 and this is where we ended up we're going to spend half of our lives half a day standing
03:00in line
03:01just to get gasoline well yes that's what you get honestly that's what you have ordered and that's the
03:09results i stood in line for five and a half hours and the gasoline ran out i'm just going home
03:14now to
03:15park the car i don't know what to do next total fatality i spent two hours at a gas station
03:21in
03:21damman and still couldn't fill up the gasoline ran out literally within three hours i mean we've talked
03:27about it so much even if the gas station is filled up and people could just get gas when they
03:33need it
03:33when there is panic everybody even with a half tank goes to the line because they think it's gonna run
03:39out
03:39making it run out so much faster it's a bank run it's a gas run there's a line and there
03:45are still
03:46people waiting i've been standing here for 40 minutes and nothing is moving you know what's crazy
03:51there is gasoline but ordinary people cannot are not allowed to buy it only those with some kind of
03:57special cards the minister defense police and so on and of course these guys with the special cards
04:04the police and the minister defense they will buy more than they need and then when there is cash
04:08shortest prices spike to insane heights and they will sell it on black market just on the streets
04:15to people who need it people with children people who need to get to work to earn minimum or medium
04:21wage in russia which is nothing so these guys from the police and minister defense will make a
04:26gazillion amount of money selling to people already in need because that is the capitalism that russia
04:33has adopted in the 90s and they really adopted it well you have no idea how well they love to
04:40make
04:41money out of their countrymen who are already suffering i never thought that this in our modern
04:46world in this supposedly civilized society with all our technological process well the word is
04:53supposedly civilized this russian woman gets it right it is supposedly civilized but not really
04:59she isn't russia after all we could face a problem like shortage a complete lack of gasoline what next
05:06a shortage of bread no bread at all i love it how these russians many times i've seen it they
05:11say in
05:112026 a modernized world in the 21st century like the timing is supposed to save them from a country that
05:19they built or from a government that they enabled to consolidate power like that from like like the timing
05:26or the century or the year is supposed to save them from their 26 years of apoliticalism 26 years of
05:36i'm not interested in politics i'm apolitical well that's the result they have invited this they have
05:42enabled this they are responsible please tell me a person who drives i thought the problems with
05:48gasoline were over you did this is russians always it's 21st century it's not supposed to be like that
05:55i thought so thought these problems are over it's like a very narrow mindset if something happens and
06:01it ends it's up it's gone it's never gonna happen again but not going into why it happened and if
06:06you
06:07understand why it happened you see the reasons behind it and perhaps these reasons could arise again
06:11if the root cause is not eliminated it will happen again but it requires an analytical mind which is
06:18scarce thing in russia what is happening again so i just driven past six gas stations six just to put
06:25that into perspective only three of them had diesel the other three have no gasoline at all guys this is
06:31the second day i've been trying to get gasoline there's no gasoline the situation is happening all
06:35over again i think two apps only four pumps are working two and a half hours in line we barely
06:41made it
06:42there you have it the second round of sanctions from ukraine in the forms of drones into oil refineries
06:51meaning fuel shortages in russia i welcome them with uh with a smile but different than last time
06:58this time we actually have the energy minister's response russia's energy minister this happened
07:05yesterday 18th of august so let's see what he has to say what's going on with the gas stations when
07:11will we get gas returned to the moscow once no comment well no no it takes an hour or two
07:18are you
07:19able to fill up without issues yourself diesel is everywhere at all stations oh you saw you drive
07:25diesel so it's pretty much the same thing not quite but close to marie antoinette when millions
07:31actually tens of millions of french poverty were starving to death literally starving bodies on the
07:36street and people said we don't have bread marie antoinette said let them eat cake instead it's
07:43drive diesel you don't have gas drive diesel buy a new car immediately you don't have money get money
07:49and buy a new car it's not an answer i drive diesel damn mine runs on gas just my luck
07:56gotta switch to
07:56diesel there is there is gas at gas stations too it's true that there are lines i agree with you
08:02but we are actively working to resolve this issue there you have it every time there's an issue in
08:07russia the government and the ministers are always actively working to resolve that specific issue
08:13that's how it has been for the last 26 years and people have loved it until they don't now let's
08:19go to
08:19belgorod which is very close to ukraine so they get more drone attacks and this specific gas station
08:25in belgorod is fully covered with anti-drone nets it's quite an undertaking to get so many nets to put
08:32up these poles and everything it's i don't know if to laugh about it or to be impressed but yeah
08:40it's
08:40the first time i see a whole gas station covered with drone nets but it doesn't seem to be working
08:46since it is empty and there's no numbers on the screen and if it's all covered the entryway also you
08:51cannot drive a car through it so i guess this one doesn't work right now this is a paid advertisement

10:30rumble.com promo official rules for details so one way in in addition to importing gasoline and diesel
10:39from kazakhstan and india other way of russia and government to try to alleviate the issues of fuel
10:45shortage is to allow oil refineries to produce a lot lower weight grade lower quality gasoline it's pretty bad
10:52the refineries can do it on a much larger scale and sell it but it literally destroys cars i mean
11:01this
11:01here this video this is a lot of samara if i'm not mistaken correct me if i'm wrong a lot
11:07of samara right
11:08it's supposed to take a little bit lower quality gasoline than they do nowadays these engines are
11:13quite i'm not gonna say reliable but they can't take more yet they can't eat more gasoline if this car
11:21is going because of this low grade gas what are gonna the bmw's and audi's and mercedes's that
11:27russians love so so much you have no idea what are these cars going to do about it the modern
11:32german
11:32engineering it will be eaten up by this gasoline anyway we put in the gas 15 liters maybe directed
11:40with the gas that was already in the tank that's the situation yeah that's the situation of 26 years of
11:47i'm not interested in politics everything is a symptom of that honestly let's take this one this
11:52russian guy since the gasoline has become such a low quality this guy has actually bought a gasoline
11:58tester so puts it in inside bought it from the local gas station by the way this is sold to
12:04everybody
12:05and the tester doesn't even recognize it as gasoline the device reads up to 80 so it's got to be
12:11below
12:1180 gasoline the rest don't know what it is but gasoline is not dark like that nothing is like
12:18used engine oil is dark like that so whatever is in here is supposed not to be in here it
12:24will clog up
12:25the fuel filters it will mess up the engine it might combust even and here we have two months used
12:32fuel
12:33filter for two months i mean this is never even after two years of fuel filter supposedly not look like
12:40this
12:41but two months i mean this is what is a mud whatever it is not supposed to be in gasoline
12:48let's see which
12:48kind of gasoline is it because here we can see it this is it look how dark it is we
12:54can see the normal
12:55one quite next to it in one moment look this is what a gasoline looked like and this is how
13:02government
13:02alleviated the fuel shortage by allowing refineries to buy to make and sell this gasoline and the sediment
13:10inside no engine built nowadays can take this sediment engines in the 50s could nobody would
13:16care but now this no way it will take destroy any engine it goes into and this is no small
13:23thing i
13:24mean russians are not rich people they don't have car cars like the americans for three cars per household
13:29sometimes six member family has one car one lot of samara or something like that and it goes if that
13:35goes everything goes they can't move anymore so this is a catastrophe this is a tragedy on a family
13:41level they lose their mobility they cannot perhaps bring some children to kindergarten some guys to
13:47school perhaps it's now heavier for them to get groceries it is a tragedy if you think about it if
13:52you lose a car with no income so this is russian government really screwing their own people okay the
13:59fuel crisis but that's not it in the shadow of the fuel crisis there is water crisis since i've spoken
14:06about it many times you know in january we always get the fountain season in russia because the piping
14:12system hot water pipes cold water pipes they have mostly laid being laid in the soviet times 70s 60s
14:2080s they're not bad piping it's okay they last for 50 years which is good for pipes laid at that
14:28period but now that 50 years is over not that the pipes are bad but just the time is over
14:33you've got
14:33to refresh them putin's government and putin in 26 years has never done that at all so the outcome is
14:42let's take the city of tumen where in july very hot a lot of water needed sewage and animal carcasses
14:51got somehow mixed up in the drinking water in the main piping system and everybody's water
14:56stank like rotting carcasses and looked like it and smelled like it perhaps tasted like it
15:02have you smell the rotting carcass if that comes out of your tap water you cannot use it but human
15:09has
15:09800 000 residents and in july it's gonna be hot so this is people clogging up a parking lot because
15:16water just arrived in one of the stores they will take it in five minutes everybody's out of water
15:23people cannot wash themselves people cannot have drinking water because the piping systems are
15:29ancient and breaking and leaking into each other and it's gonna make people sick it's it's so dangerous
15:36so they all wait for the government's water trucks to arrive in almost a million large city this is
15:45it's even hard to describe it look at this water truck just arrived and people are swarming it
15:50and in the back you can see obviously a freshly built house this is i would say three four years
15:57old max i
15:58would guess this is built in the time the full-scale invasion of ukraine they built this but they have
16:03no water isn't this weird now i'm the one saying 21st century you see this brand new housing with cooling
16:09system and everything and no water only in russia it's a very russian specific issue and you can
16:15see vada big water truck and in addition to fuel lines massive water lines so it is to be russian
16:22it is to just wait in lines for things that you should have as a taxpayer of a country and
16:29as a
16:29taxpayer of a russian country which makes gazillions on selling fossil fuels you should have these things
16:36like norway they have a lot of oil they know how to use it in the long term and they're
16:42very well
16:43off with it they can build beautiful infrastructure bridges that are way too expensive for that small
16:48town place they're in they can do it russia would be able to do it but the government has different
16:54options and the people are apolitical have been apolitical so this is what they have ordered for 26
17:02years and now their order has arrived standing in lines with canisters plastic canisters in a country
17:11that brings in tens of billions on selling oil and what's the outcome of this for rural russia because
17:18we see cities we saw human with newly built apartment complexes that they sell with mortgages to people
17:24what about outside the big cities i don't really show that so much
17:29now i know you can nitpick you can get in the united states or germany and go into the countryside
17:34and find one old building okay it's not nitpicking if you go to google maps in russia and these google
17:40maps cars they have driven through them holes i'm going to show you something right now
17:46look at this store it's so cozy
17:53i think it's i think back in the stalin's day the black gat street gang used to rob stores like
18:01this
18:08here it is we had this in the 90s by the way in estonia we have now moved away from
18:14it even the
18:14countryside has been fixed up fully by the european union in estonia that's what the european union
18:20does just fix up your whole country so we don't have this anymore at all anywhere what do you think
18:24of that 2026 and we are equal partners with china
18:38i could show you any kind of like apartment buildings and panielkas and you could say i'm
18:44nitpicking but i'm really not we had this 30 years ago the whole soviet union was like this 30 years
18:51ago
18:51and now you can see the difference go and look at the difference travel to former soviet countries like
18:56the baltics poland and you go and look at the difference and in russia nothing changed so now
19:03i just want to give you a little bit of perspective to you and to myself also about money all
19:08this water
19:08issues i mentioned fixing the piping it's really expensive you got to pull out all the asphalt you
19:13got to dig down the pipes you got to lay the new pipes put the asphalt back it's very expensive
19:18work
19:18fixing this specific store i told you renovating it expensive work fixing the gas fuel and gas lines
19:25meaning protecting the oil refineries from ukraine and drones let's put it like that although don't
19:30start the war in the first place but there has been money allocated to these oil refineries to
19:34put the nets up it's been stolen so with all of that money all of these problems could be alleviated
19:41or fixed but there are drones and missiles flying to kiev let's see the price of these missiles and
19:47let's see what could have been accomplished with that money hello everyone my name is ksusha
19:53i am a russian woman who moved from russia to ukraine during the war i want to talk about how
19:57much today's
19:58attack on kiev costs and how many children in russia could have been saved with that money tonight
20:04russia launched 66 iskander missiles and 106 shahed attack drones one iskander missile cost around three
20:12million dollars when shahed according to the propaganda tv channel tsargrads cost 27 000 dollars and that's like
20:2025 to 50 000 dollars depending on the model something in that ballpark it gets the point
20:26if you add it all up this single night cost approximately 21 million dollars and the current
20:31exchange rate that's about 1.75 billion rubles i'm guessing that's a billion this more this money was
20:39spent to bring death and destruction to someone else's city in russia today the charity foundation
20:44alesha is operating and right now it is raising money for the treatment of 32 critically ill children
20:51these are ordinary russian children without treatment they will die roma erfurt seven years old muscular
21:00distrophy his treatment requires 250 million rubles artyom gorbunov 70 17 years old needs 26 million
21:09rubles otherwise he will lose the ability to see speak and breathe and 30 more children with similar
21:14profiles each representing a human life sasabirozenko mariusz polotnikova slava sobolev all these kids have
21:24like a rare disease you know that they cannot get help from the health systems and looking at that money
21:31that russia spent only one missile attack on ukraine all of these kids could be cured and many many more
21:38and
21:38that's just one night and every other night there's such an amount thrown away to missiles and drones
21:43to kiev and other parts these are kids in russia as a kid you only have value if the government
21:52sees
21:52that you can die for them on the front in the future if you have a life-threatening disease that
21:57will kill you in five years they see no point in investing in you because you cannot soak up the
22:03enemy's ammunition on the front line it is so sad when i saw this video i saw the faces of
22:09these kids
22:10in russia they are they are so young yet that they cannot assume yet their responsibility of
22:16being apolitical or not they are kids if they're 18 and they don't go to vote then they assume the
22:22responsibility in a democratic system that they enable this government but being a five-year-old child
22:27in russia now that's where i draw the line they have no responsibility in this war or in their
22:34parents actions or in their government's actions yet in 15 years they would so it's so hard for me to
22:41watch this these kids they do exist in estonia also we have special big funds of money for them allocated
22:49to them to save them these rare disease that the health system cannot provide assistance so we have
22:55special funds for that in russia these kids are on their own and they will die in five six years
23:02that's it i'm just showing you that this is how it is i'm showing you the faces of these kids
23:06that will
23:06be dead in five years not because of putin's war and going to the front but because they have been
23:12just neglected by the state by the government these are only kids now they are disabled they're mentally
23:18challenged people it's hard this is a hard topic for me and this gets me going now seeing this
23:24i do wanna make the people responsible for this feel the pain you know sometimes you see me being
23:31glad when russians feel the pain you know these these kids are in front of my eyes these are russian
23:35kids let's take the ukrainian kids then who are suffering for the missiles a five-year-old girl loses
23:41both her legs will never walk again this gets me going this makes me want the russians to feel that
23:49pain
23:50to educate themselves to learn through that pain this is it my friends i will be back for you every
23:56monday wednesday and friday so until my next video be sure to subscribe to the channel
24:01be sure to be back and bye bye
