00:08Now we have understood that sources say that it was a Hunayn class corvette of the Pakistan
00:12Navy that reportedly collided with the Indian Navy vessel in North Arabian Sea. The PNS Hunayn
00:18is a Yarmouk class corvette which has been in service. In fact for more details on that let
00:23me go across back to Gaurav. Gaurav I think you can tell our viewers best about what exactly is
00:29the features of the PNS Hunayn and the diplomatic fallout that has happened since then after this
00:34incident was reported. So PNS Hunayn or Pakistan Naval Ship Hunayn its number is F273. As you rightly
00:41pointed out it's a Yarmouk class corvette. It's been in service of Pakistan Navy since 2024. It's a
00:48guided missile corvette so it has ability to fire anti-ship and surface to air missiles. Now this
00:55was a corvette that carried out a very aggressive maneuver in the North Arabian Sea is what sources
01:01are telling us. It moved very aggressively and you know collided with an Indian Navy warship.
01:07While we have details of that Indian Navy warship but until Government of India officially gives out the
01:12name should they choose to. All we can tell our viewers is India while there was no major damage to
01:19the Indian warship or Indian sailors on board. India has lodged a very strong protest. So Pakistan's
01:24sharia affairs in New Delhi was summoned to the Ministry of External Affairs and said this is unacceptable.
01:29This is unforgivable. It's a violation of the 1991 agreement between India and Pakistan because Pakistan is
01:38supposed to inform India about military exercises that they intend to carry out in North Arabian sea so
01:43the MEI has made very clear there's no damage reported to the Indian warship. At the same time
01:49the Indian sharia affairs in Pakistan has also been advised to lodge a formal complaint with the
01:54Pakistan Foreign Office. No word from Pakistan just as yet. And Gaurav this is concerning because
02:00let's keep in mind that we have not come back to normal after Operation Sindhur and if sources are
02:05correct and please do correct me if I'm wrong. This is the second such incident in six months in the
02:09Arabian sea where Pakistan naval vessels have been caught with trying to carry out some misadventures.
02:15You're spot on this is the second such incident in the recent past and there have been incidents
02:20like this in the past where Pakistan Navy has carried out very aggressive maneuvers despite knowing
02:25the fact that they have a very narrow coastline of just about a thousand kilometers and every you know
02:31Pakistani port is directly on the target of Indian you know missiles and yet they carry out these
02:39aggressive maneuvers thinking that there will be no retaliation. Well right now India is responding
02:45you know diplomatically through the Ministry of External Affairs and Pakistan's Foreign Office
02:51but the Navy also we are told is carrying out will be carrying out some exercises close to the North
02:57Arabian Sea. You'd also recall that the two ships the Indian Navy warship and a Pakistani Navy warship
03:03had come barely 18 to 20 nautical miles of each other but that time the hostilities were not high
03:08when an Indian Navy warship in the North Arabian Sea was escorting one of our tankers back from the
03:14Strait of Hormuz. So the situation in the North Arabian Sea does remain extremely precarious right now.
