It may have been unseasonably warm across the Northeast recently, but it's still the time of year for bears to look for some last snacks before hibernation.

00:00It is involving bears. Here we have a bear in Belfont, PA at the Pizzamia. Or at least this
00:08is courtesy of Vicki Gillette there at Pizzamia. Pretty exciting stuff. And you know, not too far
00:15from my place there, we have a family friend who shot some video footage of a bear in their backyard
00:21recently too. So it is that time of the year. Some of these guys getting ready for maybe a little
00:26bit of hibernation, maybe looking for some snacks beforehand. Well, let's take you into the
00:30Northeast right now, forecast wise with Anna Azalea. Well, our heat dome is shifting. Now,
00:37it's not going to be as bad as it was earlier on in the summer because, you know, it's September,
00:41but this is still dangerous heat. It's still challenging records. And this is still definitely
00:47not what we expect in places like Southern Ohio or West Virginia, for example, in now really mid
00:54September is the point that we're at.
