11:04So, Scotland can be and the UK can be a very, very wealthy country
11:09if they open up the North Sea.
11:12And the capital of, you know, it used to be the capital of oil.
11:17But the capital of European oil was in Aberdeen.
11:20Aberdeen was an unbelievable capital.
11:23And it could be, again, but they should.
11:26If they open up the North Sea, the UK is going to be rich.
11:29If they don't open up the North Sea, the UK is bankrupt.
