00:02As we continue to work together to further strengthen the BRICS alliance, we must also firmly commit ourselves to charting
00:09a much clearer and more decisive course for necessary global reform.
00:13The current structure of our global governance system resembles a rather rigid and increasingly outdated pyramid.
00:19All significant power and the authority for making critical decisions remain far too heavily concentrated at the very peak.
00:26While at the bottom are those countries who are profoundly affected by these decisions, yet they have absolutely no hand
00:35in the process of shaping them.
00:37Today, the nations of the global south find themselves in the front row of these escalating global crises, yet they
00:45are relegated to the back row of the decision-making process.
00:50It is our collective duty to transform this rigid pyramid of systemic privilege into a broad collaborative platform of partnership.
00:59Where every single nation is granted a voice and every single member holds a meaningful stake.
01:06And human development remains at the very heart of every single one of our collective efforts.
01:12With this specific objective in mind, I would like to formally propose that we work closely together to prepare a
01:20total of 10 distinct proposals for the comprehensive reform of global governance.
01:26Which we can then aim to refine, develop, and shape into a cohesive BRICS reform roadmap in time for the
01:34upcoming summit meeting.
01:37Right before us.
01:42This is the official draft of the upcoming BRICS new daily declaration for the year 2026.
01:49It captures the essence of our discussions.
01:53And it incorporates our detailed perspectives regarding the most critical global and regional challenges.
01:59Furthermore, it clearly delineates our primary strategic priorities.
02:04To further strengthen and deepen the cooperation between all the BRICS member nations.
02:11If there are no members present who wish to raise any objections to this motion, I would like to formally
02:16propose that we proceed to adopt the declaration as it is currently written.
02:30There are no members to be found here.
02:38The new daily declaration of the year 2026 is now officially and formally adopted by the unanimous consensus of all
02:46parties present.
02:57Excellencies, distinguished participants, this year marks two decades of the BRICS journey.
03:04To commemorate this important milestone, the government of India is issuing two postage stamps.
03:11I now request Prime Minister Narendra Modi to release the postage stamps.
03:15Thank you very much for your name, and thank you very much.
03:19Thank you, we thank you very much.
03:20The next speaker is called Government Outreach, one of your virgins, three of the new members.
03:57I would like to kindly request that everyone here, if you would be so kind, please, take
04:01a look at the items that are currently sitting right there on your tables in front of you.
04:04And at this time, I would like to ask each and every one of you to go ahead and open
04:07them up just like this.
04:32My friends, our meeting is scheduled for later today.
04:38It has proven to be exceptionally productive and highly constructive in every single regard.
04:42Furthermore, when we consider the vast diversity of our various perspectives and opinions,
04:48our shared commitment to the ongoing cooperation within the BRICS framework has also been demonstrated
04:54in a very clear and unmistakable way.
04:57The conversation we have engaged in today makes it abundantly clear that a rapidly evolving
05:03and shifting world simply cannot be effectively governed by these outdated institutions of
05:08the past.
05:08When we consider the vital necessity of representation, overall responsiveness and rulemaking procedures
05:17clearly need comprehensive reform in all three areas.
05:21Furthermore, we stress the importance of that the nations of the Global South must have an
05:29equal and truly meaningful voice in the shaping of all future technologies and the international
05:34regulations that will govern them.
05:38The widening gap between the decisions we make and their eventual outcomes must be bridged
05:44through the power of strong, lasting partnerships and our own dedicated collective action.
05:52The new Delhi declaration that we have officially adopted here today provides a very clear and
05:57definitive sense of direction for our collective and shared resolve.
06:01Moving forward, it is now our primary and collective responsibility to ensure that we successfully
06:07transform these shared resolve into tangible and concrete results for all.
06:11In my capacity as the current BRICS chair, for your valuable contribution, for the constructive
06:19spirit you have shown and for your unwavering commitment throughout these proceedings, I would
06:23like to express my deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you here today.
06:29And so, with these final remarks, I now formally declare this session to be officially closed.
