00:00Did you see Hannah Einbinder perform Silk Chiffon with Muna and do you agree that it
00:04was a cultural reset?
00:06You know what, I do think the timeline shifted back to what it should be when Hannah performed
00:10with Muna.
00:11It's like finally things are back, things are back.
00:13We're back.
00:13The timeline is reset.
00:15Yeah, it's reset.
00:16It feels good.
00:17Yeah.
00:19And I'm sure it feels good to be celebrating the show this weekend, but does it also feel
00:22a little bittersweet?
00:23Of course.
00:23It's the last time.
00:24It's the, you know, it's the big farewell tour.
00:29So it is bittersweet, but it's actually like, we feel so lucky we had to do five seasons
00:32of a comedy.
00:33How often does that happen?
00:34And for people to continue to like it is like, you know, it feels like this is a real, a
00:41real
00:41victory lap, to be honest.
00:42Yeah.
00:43You and Meg have been killing it at every red carpet recently.
00:46What do you have up your sleeves for the Emmys?
00:48You know, I can't say, honestly, I really can't say.
00:51I, um, I'm a little bit more traditional for this Emmys, I will say, but Meg has a show
00:58stopper.
00:59Meg is a show stopper that, um, I cannot wait to help her unveil.
01:04Let's just say that.
01:05Yeah.
01:05I love that.
01:06We can't wait to see it.
01:08And I'm asking everyone tonight, what show gave you show envy this year where you watched
01:13it and you're like, Oh, I wish I could have been a part of that or would love to be
01:16a part
01:16of that in the future.
01:17You know what?
01:18Um, I absolutely loved half man.
01:20It was like, you know, I thought it was really gripping and, um, and I will also say, you
01:27know, it's not a new show, but I think slow horses has sustained so well.
01:31So I always have show envy for anything that like can continue to get better and better.
01:36And I do think it's gotten better every season.
01:38So I'll add slow horses to that too.
01:41And I have to ask looking forward, what kind of projects are you dreaming up next?
01:45What would be the dream thing to follow up hacks with?
01:48Oh, the dream thing would probably be, um, a biopic about my own life, um, where I play
01:53myself.
01:54But, um, since that probably is better set later in my life.
01:59I think we're working on a limited.
02:02Actually, I can say that because I've said it.
02:04I can say that.
02:04I've just said it.
02:05It's said.
02:06It's said.
02:07Everyone knows.
02:08But yeah, we're working on a limited, but it's just development right now.
02:10Is it comedy or drama or both?
02:12Oh, isn't that the thing?
02:14Um, it's a little bit of a tone shift, but I would say, I think it's going to be hard
02:19for us to do something that isn't comedic in at least some way.
02:22Yeah.
02:22Yeah.
02:23Yeah.
02:25Yeah.
02:26Yeah.
02:27Yeah.
02:27Yeah.
