00:27Our business is called Vindi's Nail Bar.
00:30And what we offer is a range of press-on nails.
00:35So we have two different categories of these nails.
00:38We have the printing nails and then we have the pre-made sets.
00:42So the star of the show basically is the printing nails.
00:46What they are basically is customizable press-ons.
00:50So you choose one of the sets that we have available.
00:52And then you can customize it however you would like.
00:56So you can upload pictures.
00:58So let's just say for example that I have pictures that I pull from Pinterest.
01:03And I want to do like a Stitch from Lilo and Stitch set.
01:06I can upload those pictures and then have it printed out onto the nails.
01:11If I wanted to print out pictures of family members.
01:14If I have pets and I wanted to upload those personal pictures, selfies even, you could upload those pictures as
01:21well.
01:22And then have those printed out.
01:23If you didn't really want to go through like the mental load of having to pick different pictures and upload
01:29them.
01:29We also have like a wide variety of pictures that you can scroll through.
01:34So what you would just basically do is you'd go on the system, you'd take your time, scroll through, select
01:41up to five different pictures that you would like from our catalogue.
01:44And then you could mix and match your patterns.
01:47The other option that we have which customers haven't really played around with but we do encourage customers to try
01:55is we have the AI generated art.
01:57So what it's like, it's like a drawing pad similar to the interface with paint like on your computer.
02:05And you can draw something on it and you don't have to be an artist, it's fine.
02:09You could just draw, let's just say for example a flower and then you can choose which style you would
02:15like the flower to be generated in.
02:17So let's just say I want to do something in watercolour, a watercolour flower.
02:22I draw my flower, I choose my colours and then you just pick the option.
02:25So I would choose watercolour and then it would generate a really, really nice picture based on what you drew.
02:32And you could have that picture printed out on 10 nails as well.
02:36So 30 minutes does basically a whole set, so 10 nails.
02:39If you're doing even less, like let's say you're doing an accent nail, it would take even less time.
02:44So you could get really, really intricate detail things done in like a fraction of the time that it would
02:48take.
02:48Let's say you go to like the nail text.
02:52The other thing that we would like to, that we have is we have our pre-made sets.
02:58So our pre-made sets, the thing about them is that they're not customisable, but in terms of the quality,
03:03it's really, really good.
03:05And it's very, very similar to the printing nails.
03:09One of the things that the pre-made sets has is that they have the ability to have 3D effects.
03:14So like you can have your 3D flowers on the pre-made sets, but you can't do that on the
03:19printed nails.
03:20We also cater for events.
03:22So let's say Halloween is coming up.
03:25We're going to have new stuff for Halloween.
03:28Christmas is coming up.
03:29We do actually already have our Christmas nails.
03:31We just haven't put them out yet.
03:33Is Bindi's Nail Bar the only place that offers this instant custom nails experience?
03:39So our knowledge, yes, it is.
03:42We have one of the first custom nail printing vending machines in the Caribbean.
03:49We have actually ordered some of the smaller, more portable printing machines.
03:56And those are set out right probably towards the middle of October.
04:01So for our application, we use sticky tabs as well as a glue.
04:05So our glue is a light, free adhesive glue, which means that you do not need a UV lamp to
04:11cure the glue.
04:11So you just apply pressure and the glue adheres.
04:14So what that means is you do not need to use a UV lamp, which the UV lamp is said
04:19to, you know, release the UV radiation,
04:22which is over time with repeated exposure, could cause skin damage, that kind of thing.
04:27As well as with a lot of the chemicals that are in gel and acrylic products are typically harmful chemicals
04:34that cause allergic reactions, contact dermatitis.
04:38You know, with repeated exposure, you usually have redness, swelling.
04:42A lot of people are also allergic to those things.
04:44So I personally am allergic to the gel glue.
04:46So our glue does not have any of those chemicals as well.
04:50We sell the glue and the remover together, which is also what we use in our application.
04:55So we have a remover, which is able to remove the sticky tabs as well as the glue.
04:59It could also remove nail polish and it doesn't have any toxic chemical smell.
05:04I just want to emphasize and reiterate that we're not trying to take anybody's jobs.
05:11We're trying to provide a different option, right?
05:15So we would like to have options for everybody, options that, you know, even if you don't have that much
05:23money,
05:23you don't have that much time to spend, you can still come to our store and find something nice
05:27and you can indulge yourself because we truly believe that everyone, no matter of their financial brackets,
05:34no matter of what, should be able to come and feel beautiful, feel taken care of, feel special.
05:40So that was the whole idea behind setting up Vindies.
