00:00Wangaratta Rovers have won the past two Grand Finals but they suddenly look vulnerable.
00:05Can Myrtleford post an upset win in Sunday's preliminary final at Aubrey Sports Ground?
00:10Rovers have lost just seven games over the past two years, Myrtleford, Wangaratta and
00:14Aubrey with two wins apiece while Bodonga grabbed the other one.
00:18Ten weeks ago Sam Murray was the league's best player but two hamstring injuries have
00:22slowed his impact.
00:24Key forward Will Christie was sore against Wangaratta and Murray even alluded he could
00:28miss the Myrtleford game.
00:30Tom Boyd went forward as Christie struggled but he was cramping up.
00:33Nathan Cooper suffered a season-ending knee injury in round 15 and he was the league's
00:38best swingman.
00:40He kept Hudson Garoni and Xavier Lavity gun forwards quite over a period of time and then
00:46kicked four against Aubrey's miserly Ryan Garthwaite.
00:50Rovers hammered Myrtleford by 73 points in the qualifying final and while we're still
00:55starting favourites it looks a heck of a lot tighter than a fortnight ago.
