00:01This video is brought to you by S.T.A.L.A.N.
00:52So I have pretty much just been preparing for postpartum for the past few weeks.
00:58I've been baking up a storm and cooking a lot of different meals.
01:03My freezer is overflowing.
01:05I don't have a very big freezer at the moment.
01:07We've got a ton of food in here.
01:09I think I've estimated that I have about two weeks worth of meals, maybe mixed in with
01:14a little bit of takeaways.
01:16Baking has been a godsend for me with like third trimester anxiety and a little bit of
01:23depression feelings.
01:25Nothing to be worried about.
01:26So baking's really, really been helping me keep my mind off of things.
01:31And poor Lloyd's trying so hard to eat healthy.
01:33And every time that he comes in the door, I'm baking up like cinnamon rolls or something
01:38like that.
01:39Some of you might think I'm crazy, but I actually started my yoga teacher training and I'm absolutely
01:45loving it.
01:46I'm doing it through Yoga Renew.
01:47I had been going back and forth on wanting to do my yoga teacher training for so long,
01:52but because of our travels and our work and things.
01:55Hey, are you barking at me?
01:59Yeah, because of our busy schedule and everything, I just like haven't been able to commit to
02:03being in one place for a month.
02:06Also, there's no yoga teacher training here in Hua Hin where we live in Thailand.
02:10So, I found this incredible online yoga teacher training.
02:14I went back and forth on it and I finally just pulled the trigger yesterday.
02:17And oh my goodness, I'm so happy I have because I can do it in the steps that I want
02:22to do
02:22it in.
02:32And right now, I can't exactly go to a studio.
02:35The studio recommended that you take it easy at eight months.
02:39So he didn't really suggest that I come to the high intensity classes past eight months,
02:43which is understandable, judging by how I'm feeling, I get why my teacher said that.
02:49I've just found myself having a lot of extra down time to read.
02:53I found myself scrolling a little bit more than I really want to admit that I was and
02:58sort of just like looking through YouTube and not even picking anything, just like looking
03:02on the home screen and I'm like, okay, I'm wasting time.
03:05I need to fill this time with something else.
03:07So I've started doing all the like written curriculum, reading the books.
03:13I can do pick and choose sort of in there what I can get done now and then I can
03:18go back
03:18and finish like doing the actual yoga, some of the yoga classes that are a bit more challenging
03:24that I don't feel up to at the moment.
03:26But I really like that I can jump around with it.
03:29I've only just started it yesterday.
03:31I'm already like 12% into it.
03:33I'm just like loving it so far.
03:35But I'll let you guys know if I feel like I actually could teach a class at the end of
03:40it and whether or not I recommend doing online yoga teacher training.
03:44I do go to a studio very regularly, but like I said, they just don't give you the certification
03:48and I wanted to take that deeper dive into my yoga teacher, into my yoga practice and doing
03:54it during pregnancy is pretty empowering.
03:57Anyway, and I feel like I'm doing it with my daughter, which is really cool and I'm excited
04:02that I'm going to get to finish it once she's here.
04:05So just wanted to mention that.
04:07Okay.
04:07This is our very messy freezer packed full.
04:11I'll just show you some of the stuff that I've made.
04:13My favorite thing that I did, I think was the brekkie burritos that I made.
04:19And I just followed a simple recipe on Pinterest.
04:22The other thing that I've really loved that I made was the strawberry cinnamon rolls.
04:26I'll link the recipe to them down below.
04:28The ones that I made at the beginning of the video.
04:30The recipe does called for blueberry, which I have done as well, but I only had strawberries
04:35on hand.
04:36So I made strawberry cinnamon rolls and they were amazing.
04:38They're so good.
04:40So I know I'm going to be really thankful in the middle of the night when I'm up with
04:44a baby girl that I have a strawberry cinnamon roll waiting for me to keep me going.
04:50I think we're going to survive this like doomsday prepping.
04:55So I've been training seven days a week and I'm putting on one because Mandy keeps baking
05:03something different literally every day.
05:06Like berry crumble, cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins, and I have a sweet tooth so I can't
05:14say no.
05:15He's really happy that I started my yoga course because yeah, won't be baking as much.
05:22All right.
05:22Let's head out to dinner.
05:24Where are we going?
05:33Okay.
05:34So if you're planning a trip to Thailand or pretty much anywhere in the world really,
05:37and you want to stay connected, then you're going to want to check out Olifly eSims, who
05:42just so happened to be the sponsor of today's video.
05:44Olifly provides international eSIM cards to over 190 destinations around the world.
05:50So you can travel and use the internet without worrying about expensive roaming fees when you
05:54get home.
05:54We've actually been using Olifly eSims for over two years now in places like Thailand, Vietnam,
06:02Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, Canada, the US, just to name a few.
06:09And speaking from experience, there's literally nothing more frustrating to me than getting
06:13off the plane and not having phone service.
06:16Especially if you want to order a taxi, use Google Maps or Google Translate to get yourself
06:21to the hotel.
06:22And by purchasing an Olifly eSIM before you leave for your destination, you can avoid all
06:27of these annoying problems and make sure that the first few days of your trip run completely
06:32smooth.
06:33And just in case your travel plans change, and let's face it, sometimes they do.
06:37Don't worry because they offer every purchase up to six months to request a refund if you
06:42don't use your eSIM.
06:43And the best part about Olifly eSIM is you can keep your current SIM card in your phone
06:48while you're travelling in case you want to receive text messages or phone calls while
06:52you're abroad.
06:52They've also just released a brand new app making it even easier to buy, install and keep
06:58track of your eSIM usage.
06:59Which means even more time to enjoy your trip and less time spent planning.
07:03It's literally never been easier to purchase an Olifly eSIM.
07:07However, just a quick note before you do purchase your eSIM, make sure you head over to their
07:12website and check that your phone is compatible with their eSIMs.
07:16Most phones are these days, but just to be sure.
07:18So if you want to check out Olifly for yourself, simply click the link down below in the description
07:23and use code Lloyd and Mandy at checkout and you'll receive 5% off your order.
07:29Okay, so we took a grab down to the Bintabat area.
07:33We haven't really come down here at night time too much.
07:36It's the more like touristy area.
07:39But it actually feels like there's a bit of a vibe out here tonight.
07:41So we're going to walk around and see what we can find for dinner.
07:44All you can eat dimsems.
07:46Or dimsel.
07:51We might have to do that.
07:52That's pretty incredible.
07:55We're going to try this little hidden seafood restaurant we've been wanting to check out.
08:10Squid and fish.
08:14How did you not get seafood?
08:15I know, I messed up.
08:17I'm regretting it.
08:19Good pool.
08:26That was a pretty good dinner.
08:28That was good.
08:29600 baht for two of us.
08:31It's a little bit more expensive than where we usually go, but it's on the water.
08:35Nice seafood.
08:37Recommended.
08:38I was craving cashew chicken before we came out, so I committed to it.
08:42But I'm going to get seafood here next time.
08:46The günstćer.
08:51It's been wonderful.
