Transkrip
00:00We also welcome Russia-Indonesia cooperation in space, higher education, and transport.
00:08So I say directly to Russian businesses, come to Indonesia, work with us, produce with us,
00:18let us build industries together, let us create value together.
00:22And from Indonesia, let us reach the wider markets of ASEAN and the Indo-Pacific together.
00:29Indonesia has established Danantara, Indonesia Sovereign Wealth Fund, with 1 trillion US dollar of assets under management.
00:40Danantara could act as a bridge where Russian and Indonesian capital markets and strategic goals could meet.
00:49Danantara and the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Russia, the Russian Direct Investment Fund, the RDIF,
00:55can move from identifying possibilities to financing bankable projects.
01:03Every agreement announced must specify its value financing and delivery milestones.
01:10Distinguished participants, we meet at a difficult moment.
01:14Today, trade many times are used as a weapon.
01:20Supply chains are redrawn by suspicion.
01:25Finance is divided by geography.
01:30Precisely because the world is fragmenting,
01:33every bridge built here,
01:35in food, energy, science, logistics, and trade,
01:38is a practical answer.
01:41In global finance,
01:44resilience requires more than one functioning system.
01:48We should not rely on a single financial architecture.
01:52Because if one system is disrupted,
01:56another must remain able
01:59to facilitate the flow of funds
02:01that keeps trade moving.
02:04Without reliable payment and settlement channels,
02:08trade itself can be paralyzed.
02:11This is not about replacing one system with another,
02:14but about ensuring
02:15that another global financial system
02:18can operate alongside existing arrangements
02:23to preserve continuity,
02:26stability, and confidence
02:27in international trade.
02:30Indonesia's foreign policy is free and active.
02:34We determine our own national interest,
02:36and we want to contribute actively to peace.
02:41At SPF last year, I said to you,
02:44Indonesia does not want to join any military alliance,
02:49but we seek to join economic alliance.
02:52Our FTA within the Eurasian Economic Union
02:55is exactly that,
02:57not an alliance against anyone,
03:00but a partnership
03:01for the prosperity of everyone.
03:04Indonesia works to the east,
03:08west, north, and south
03:09as a sovereign and equal partner.
03:13For us,
03:141,000 friends are too few.
03:16One enemy is too many.
03:19We come to St. Petersburg
03:20to make friends,
03:22and now we come to Falifostok
03:25to turn the friendship
03:27into pragmatic results.
03:32The global south...
03:38The global south is not a new bloc.
03:42It is a constituency for fairness,
03:46for a fair share of prosperity,
03:48and a fair voice
03:50in writing global rules.
03:53Our position is clear and consistent.
03:56Indonesia stands ready to support
03:58every sincere effort
04:00towards a just and lasting peace
04:03wherever conflict persists.
04:05Indonesia and Russia
04:08have been friends
04:09for many decades.
04:11Indonesia remembers the support
04:13of the then Soviet Union
04:17during the early years
04:19of our young republic.
04:21We remember that history
04:23and we never forget
04:26our friends.
04:28But friendship...
04:35But friendship...
04:36But friendship
04:36cannot live
04:39only in history.
04:42Our generation
04:44must have the courage
04:47to write a new chapter.
04:51Let us be equal.
04:55Let us be independent.
04:56Let us work together mutually
04:59for the benefit
05:00of both our countries.
05:03And let us be measured
05:05by what our efforts
05:10can deliver for our peoples.
05:12Peace is not separate
05:15from development.
05:17Hunger, unemployment, injustice
05:21and humiliation
05:22are the raw materials
05:24of conflict.
05:25A Far East
05:27that provides opportunity
05:30countries that feed
05:32its children
05:33and an Asia Pacific
05:35that trades openly
05:37are real and durable
05:40contributions to peace.
05:43Sovereignty makes peace possible.
05:46Peace makes development possible.
05:49and development
05:50for the benefit of peace...
05:53for the benefit of people
05:54makes the peace endure.
05:57That is why
05:58the theme of this forum
05:59is not merely
06:01an economic slogan.
06:02It actually is
06:04a doctrine of security.
06:07Participants,
06:08distinguished excellencies,
06:11I understand that the Russian people
06:13have a saying,
06:15Odin ve pole ne vuan.
06:22There can be no victory
06:26if you fight alone.
06:27In Indonesia,
06:29we have the same saying.
06:30We say gotong royong.
06:31Any heavy burden
06:33becomes light
06:35when we carry it together.
06:37We have different language,
06:39but we have the same
06:40ancient wisdom
06:42from our forefathers.
06:44Everything we have discussed
06:46today,
06:48the tariff lines
06:49covered by
06:50FTA,
06:51transport corridors,
06:53payment systems,
06:54industrial projects,
06:55exist for one reason.
06:58So that
06:59a fisherman
07:01in Indonesia
07:02and a shipbuilder
07:04in Russia
07:04can each look
07:06at their children
07:07and believe
07:08that tomorrow
07:10will be better
07:11than today.
07:12Our young people
07:14will not ask
07:14which block
07:16we belong to.
07:17They will ask
07:18what we built
07:20for their future.
07:23Let us build
07:24the direct shipping route.
07:26Let us open
07:27the direct flight.
07:28Let us make
07:29our free trade agreement
07:30work from its very first day.
07:32Let us double our trade.
07:34Let us produce food,
07:36fertilizer,
07:37energy,
07:38medicine,
07:39technology together.
07:40Let our sovereign wealth funds,
07:42Danantara and the RDIF,
07:45finance strategic projects together.
07:47And let us ensure
07:49that every agreement
07:51announced in Vladivostok
07:52produces a result
07:54that our people
07:56can see
07:57and can feel.
07:58Let it be said
07:59of this forum
08:00that in a season
08:02when some others
08:03were building walls,
08:05we
08:06built bridges.
08:08And let it be said
08:10of our generation.
08:16and let it be said
08:18of our generation
08:19that in difficult times
08:23we chose
08:25cooperation,
08:26development
08:26for the benefit
08:29of our people.
08:30We chose
08:31the greatest good
08:33for the greatest many.
08:34And by doing so,
08:36we helped
08:37to build lasting peace
08:39and prosperity.
08:40Thank you.
08:41Terima kasih.
