00:00Around the perimeter of a big zone of high pressure with a lot of heat in the plains,
00:04strong storms are going to be erupting this weekend in the southeast and also in the northern plains.
00:09The first area we're concerned about involves eastern Kentucky down through the Carolinas.
00:14Strong gusty winds and also flash flood threats will be with us on Saturday afternoon and evening
00:19with a big complex of thunderstorms erupting in the afternoon and moving southeast with time.
00:24The next round on Sunday will push a little farther south, bringing more gusty thunderstorms,
00:29strong damaging winds and also flash flood concerns into more of Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.
00:34The other area that we're concerned about will be in the northern plains on Saturday,
00:39parts of the Dakotas into Nebraska, gusty wind, flash flooding and a little bit of hail out here as well.
00:45More storms will break out then with the next disturbance coming in across the Rockies on Sunday.
00:50That puts Montana into the highlight zone for strong winds and also flash flooding.
