00:36Pero dapat alamin natin kung ano yung market natin.
00:40At the same time, hindi lang basta mag-o-organize ka ng event.
00:43You have to look to sa market area kung marketable ba siya.
00:46If mararamdaman yung merchant na hindi ka lang basta businessman and may puso ka sa kanila,

00:54So I have tenured merchants with me more than a year.

01:11I started as a merchant po and to be honest po, may mga times po kasi nawawalan ng schedules kami.

01:20Tapos minsan, yung bazar organizer na kasama namin, hindi lahaging may schedule.
01:25So yung mga kasamahan po po, nag-a-ask, John, paano tayo?
01:29Wala tayong schedules.
01:30And that's the time that I step up to be an organizer.
01:33I look for a location.
01:35We collate ourselves.
01:35We stand there, not just only a merchant, but we definitely share our thoughts na para tayong pamilya dito.
01:42You've been in the business for only one year and yet you are very successful.

01:50Tiwala lang talaga.
01:52Kahit anong unos yung darating sa buhay mo,

01:59Siyempre, gusto namin malaman bakit importanteng mag-negosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino based from your own experience.
