00:05Let me tell you something. I am so fired up for this division this year.
00:10And I think the Dallas Cowboys are absolutely going to live up to the hype.
00:15We started the Dallas Cowboy hype train. Everyone else is now following soon.
00:20And this is going to be the year where the Dallas Cowboys win the NFC East.
00:26I am so amped for this because Dak Prescott is underrated.
00:30I ranked him as the sixth best quarterback for 2026 when we did our Shine Time rankings previously.
00:38I think that Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ferg at the tight end position,
00:45this passing attack under Brian Schottenheimer is going to rock and roll.
00:48I wouldn't be surprised if Dak Prescott threw for 5,000 yards.
00:52I think he's going to be top five for NFL MVP.
00:55I think CeeDee Lamb is going to be top three to five when you look at it for receiving yards.
01:01And give Jerry Jones credits. I mean, no drama this offseason.
01:06No contractual issues, no holdouts, no garbage, no nonsense.
01:11They brilliantly brought in Christian Parker to be the defensive coordinator.
01:15I think he is going to be superb.
01:19I love what they did in the draft with Caleb Downs,
01:21who's going to have as great a rookie season as anyone.
01:24I think that he's got Rookie of the Year written all over him.
01:28Lawrence getting to the quarterback.
01:29Quinn Williams is going to have a phenomenal first full season playing for the Dallas Cowboys.
01:36He's still, to me, one of the best defensive tackles in the entire league.
01:39I'm obsessed.
01:40Love Rashawn Gary, that pickup that they got from Green Bay.
01:44And they're better on defense than they were with Micah Parsons.
01:47I'll just come out and say it.
01:48So, I love the Dallas Cowboys this year.
01:52I think they are going to be dynamite.
01:54I think they're going to win a minimum of 12 games.
01:57I am obsessed with the Dallas Cowboys for this season.
02:02Eagles make the playoffs, but I have them as a wild card.
02:05I am concerned about Sean Mannion as a first-time offensive coordinator.
02:09I'm concerned about Jalen Hurts without A.J. Brown.
02:12I'm concerned about a change with the offensive line coach.
02:18I do think this defense is going to be unbelievable.
02:22I think Saquon is going to have a great season.
02:25I like Lemon at receiver, but I think the Eagles are loaded.
02:29Howie Roseman always makes sure that this team has a ton of talent.
02:33Listen, Jalen Hurts has been to a couple Super Bowls, played brilliantly in both, 1-1.
02:38I have so much respect for him.
02:40I just don't think he's great greats.
02:43And with a new play caller and, you know, issues thrown over the middle,
02:48I think he's going to be strong this year.
02:51I think they're going to be off the pace in the division,
02:54and Dallas wins by a couple of games in the NFC East.
02:58Giants win 9.
02:59I think the Giants are going to be a really good football team this year.
03:03I'm obsessed with John Harbaugh.
03:04I think Jackson Darts being available and staying healthy is everything.
03:09I'm a big Darts fan.
03:11I thought Harbaugh put together a phenomenal offensive staff,
03:14and I think that Jackson Dart is going to have a truly strong second season.
03:20Malik Nabors, got to be healthy.
03:23I don't love the depth at wide receiver.
03:25I don't like the overall talent at the running back position.
03:29I think Najee Harris is the one that has the most upside.
03:33Defense, I think, is going to surprise some people how strong this defense is going to be.
03:38Pass rush is going to be excellent.
03:40I think they're going to be well coached.
03:42You know, no more nonsense now that they have Harbaugh running the show.
03:46They're going to be entertaining for the first time in over a decade.
03:48They're going to play meaningful games in December for the first time in a long time.
03:53Close but no cigar.
03:54The Giants win 9.
03:56I can't wait to watch the Giants play football this year.
03:59I think Washington sticks.
04:02I think the commanders are going to be dreadful.
04:04The offensive line looks deplorable.
04:08I feel bad for Jaden Daniels.
04:09But then again, he's more interested in protecting his number at LSU than he is, you know,
04:14getting ready for season 3 for the Washington commanders.
04:17I think the defense doesn't have the requisite talent.
04:20I think it is going to be a long year in Washington.
04:25I think this division is going to be exceptional this year, and I'm rolling with the Bears.
04:32I'm actually surprised that they're not the favorites in this division.
04:35I love Chicago.
04:36I love Caleb Williams.
04:37He will be the first Bear quarterback to throw for 4,000 plus yards in a season.
04:42I think Caleb Williams is going to be in the mix for MVP.
04:45I think the world of Ben Johnson.
04:47I think Colston Loveland is going to be one of the three best tight ends in the league.
04:52I think Burton takes a monster step forward at the wide receiver position.
04:56Caleb's got a knack, man, in terms of getting it done when it matters the most.
05:00He's a special talent, special player.
05:03Whatever it is, Caleb has it.
05:06I love this kid.
05:07I love watching him play.
05:08I think he's going to have a monster season, and the Bears are going to win the NFC North.
05:15I like the Minnesota Vikings.
05:17I told you on Shine Time if Kyler Murray became the quarterback early in August that I would pick him
05:22to make the playoffs.
05:23Well, we're doing it.
05:25And I think Kyler Murray, on a one-year prove-it deal, coming from Arizona, he's going to work under
05:30the watchful eye of Kevin O'Connell,
05:32who's a quarterback guru, quarterback whisperer, and I think Justin Jefferson is going to get back to his form as
05:39the number one wide receiver in the NFL.
05:41I think Addison and Jennings add some great depth there at wide receiver.
05:45Line is solid.
05:46A couple of backs who can run.
05:48Brian Flores, phenomenal defensive coordinator.
05:50I think America's sleeping on the talent and coaching of the Minnesota Vikings.
05:55I love this football team.
05:57Look, the Lions have great top-end talent, and their schedule is ridiculously easy.
06:03So, this was actually, for me, the toughest team to predict, because you look at the schedule, you're like, well,
06:08these should be wins left and right.
06:10It's like the Lions phoned the league and said, hey, can we pick our schedule?
06:13And the league said, you got it.
06:15I just don't trust Dan Kim.
06:17I don't think he's a big-time head coach.
06:19Love Jared Goff.
06:21Love Jameer Gibbs.
06:22Love Amon Ross St. Brown.
06:23Love Hutchinson.
06:24They've got dudes all over the fields.
06:28The problem is Dan Campbell on the sideline.
06:30And I have the Packers in last place, and I think the Green Bay Packers are going to be dreadful
06:34this year.
06:34We've been through the schedule.
06:36I think that Jordan Love is solid.
06:38I don't think he's spectacular.
06:39Not having Micah Parsons' first four weeks, at least, I think that's problematic.
06:44Without Josh Jacobs, that running back position is, frankly, deplorable.
06:49The defense does not have great talent.
06:52I think they start one and five in the first six weeks of the season.
06:56I think they win six games max this campaign.
07:02NFC South.
07:05Listen, this division is going to be something.
07:08I considered all four of these teams.
07:10And honestly, I think only two games will separate the Saints from the Bucs in terms of my NFC South
07:16prediction.
07:17I have the Saints winning nine.
07:19I have the Bucs winning seven.
07:20I have the Falcons and the Carolina Panthers each winning eight.
07:24I considered all four of these teams.
07:26I'm going to stay with the Saints.
07:28I love Kellen Moore.
07:29I love Tyler Shuck.
07:30I love Chris Alave.
07:32Listen, the Tyson injury makes me nervous.
07:35But I love Travis A.
07:37Chan signing him, I thought, was absolutely terrific.
07:40I think that Kellen Moore will maximize his second-year quarterback.
07:44I think the defense is underrated.
07:45I'm going to take the Saints to win the South.
07:48Look, I very much consider the Atlanta Falcons.
07:51If I knew Michael Penix Jr. was going to play week one, I might have done it.
07:55I love Penix.
07:56I do not like Tua Tungabailoa in any way, shape, or form.
08:00Obsessed with Bijan Robinson.
08:01Obsessed with Kyle Pitts.
08:03Obsessed with Drake London.
08:05Issues on defense in terms of a monster suspension, a monster injury.
08:10We're talking about the two first-round picks from a year ago.
08:14Kevin Stefanski is going to help.
08:16That's a big deal.
08:17Just get Tua off the screen.
08:18I can't look at him anymore.
08:19That's the main reason why I couldn't pick the Atlanta Falcons, ultimately, to win the division.
08:25Carolina, I feel like people forget they won the division.
08:27If I trusted Bryce Young more, I would have picked the Carolina Panthers.
08:31I think he's good.
08:32I don't know if he's great.
08:34Plus, in conjunction, they've had some offensive line injuries, so that scares me.
08:39Dan Morgan has loaded this cupboard in terms of the talent.
08:43I love McMillan.
08:44T-Mac is a terrific young wide receiver.
08:47I will take the Panthers to win eight games.
08:50Bucs, obviously, with Baker Mayfield.
08:52You know they're going to be in the conversation for everything.
08:54Baker playing on a contract here.
08:57Baker with a chip on his shoulder.
08:58But there's been something up all preseason with the Bucs and the Fives, injuries, contractual issues.
09:05I have the Bucs finishing in last place.
09:09NFC West.
09:10I am rolling with the Rams to win the division.
09:14I'm taking the Seahawks as a wild card team.
09:17The Niners not making the playoffs.
09:20And the Arizona Cardinals, dead last.
09:23Rams are an absolute wagon.
09:26This team is a machine.
09:27I'm obsessed with Matthew Stafford and Puka Nakua and Devontae Adams and Sean McVay's offense
09:34and the tight ends and Kyron Williams and Blake Corum and the offensive line.
09:39And that's before you even get to Miles Garrett and Trent McDuffie and Aaron Donald
09:43and the young cats up front on this defense.
09:47I can't get enough of this football team.
09:50How less need put it together.
09:5214 wins minimum for the Rams.
09:55This is not going to be a Hollywood flop.
09:58It's going to be a box office bonanza.
10:00I am obsessed with the talent, the coaching, the mentality when it comes to the Rams.
10:07I look at the Seahawks and they're an interesting team to kind of figure, right?
10:11Super Bowl champ in a lot of ways kind of flying under the radar.
10:14And they lost Walker in the offseason at running back.
10:18And Clint Kubiak called the plays and he takes the Raider job and lost a couple of players
10:22off the defense.
10:24But I still love Mike McDonald's.
10:26And listen, I am a Sam Darnold truther.
10:29I am absolutely obsessed.
10:31I created the Sam Darnold bandwagon with my own bare hands.
10:35So I still have the scars to prove it.
10:38I'm obsessed with Darnold.
10:40I love that he won a Super Bowl.
10:41I think he's going to have an even better year.
10:43Jackson Smith and Jigba.
10:45Special ball player.
10:47This team is buttoned up.
10:48They're buckled up.
10:49They have a great home field advantage.
10:52Sam, I am you freaks.
10:54Listen, I love when people start doubting our guy Sam Darnold.
10:58I think Darnold and the Seahawks make the playoff once again.
11:0249ers, this was the toughest omission when you look at the NFC.
11:08Because the 49ers could easily win the Super Bowl this year.
11:11Or they're going to do what I believe and miss the playoffs and go 8-9.
11:16I just, I can't.
11:19I know the upside with Kyle Shanahan.
11:21I love Brock Purdy.
11:23I love Christian McCaffrey.
11:24I love Fred Warner.
11:25I love Nick Bosa.
11:26I love this team.
11:28I just, they lead the league in stuff.
11:31The owner, the coach, Ayuk.
11:35Pearsall's done for the year.
11:37You don't know who's healthy.
11:38You don't know who's in, who's out.
11:40It's just not healthy to pick San Francisco to believe in them when you just can't trust them week in,
11:48week out.
11:49And then you have the Arizona Cardinals.
11:51And I, I love this organization.
11:53I love this fan base.
11:55I think they're going to win two games.
11:57I love Jeremiah Love.
11:59I love LaFleur as a choice for the head coach.
12:02I like McBride.
12:03I like Harrison.
12:04I don't have a great quarterback.
12:06The defense doesn't have the requisite talents.
12:10It's going to be a long, lean year in the deserts.

12:22We're going Cowboys, Bears, Saints, Rams.
