00:42I think that Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills are ready to rock and roll.

00:54Just had him on my Sirius XM radio show.
00:57And the vibes under Joe Brady, new head coach, right guy, right time.
01:03They're off the charts.
01:04Sean McDermott's won a lot of games.
01:07You couldn't win a Super Bowl with him.
01:08He had to go.
01:10He needed to bring in a new head coach.
01:11And he brought in a great new defensive coordinator in Jim Leonard.
01:15I'm obsessed with DJ Moore as a new stud wide receiver.
01:18Absolutely love Bradley Chubb getting to the opposition's quarterback.

01:26Dalton Kincaid's going to have the best season he's ever had at the tight end position.
01:30Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the NFL for 2026.
01:36He will be the best player in the NFL in 2026.
01:40I can't wait to watch the Buffalo Bills and their new stadium with their new uniforms
01:45rock and roll this season.
01:47Look, I think the Patriots are going to be good, not great.
01:50I think last year was a bit of a fluke when you take a look at that easy schedule.
01:55Give them credit.
01:55They won a lot of close games.
01:57But I just don't believe that Drake May and company can do it again.

02:03I think he's a top 10 quarterback in the NFL.

02:19Plus, the schedule is much more difficult.

02:32I think the Jets are going to be fun to watch this year.
02:35I have the Jets winning seven games.
02:36I think the Jets are going to be a real football team, a team the Jets fans can be proud

02:41I really believe that Geno Smith, major upgrade.
02:45I love Garrett Wilson this year.
02:47I think he's going to be a top 10 wide receiver.
02:49Love Brees Hall.
02:50I think he's going to be a top 10 running back.
02:53Aaron Glenn has to improve after a debacle first year as the Jets head coach.
02:57I think the skill positions are excellent.
03:00I think the offensive line is solid.
03:02I think Demario Davis, who played for Aaron Glenn in New Orleans, will help the professionalism
03:08and the execution on defense.
03:10I think the Jets win seven games this year, and this will be a step in the right direction
03:16to make the playoffs next season.
03:19Dolphins are going to be a hot mess, like the worst team in the NFL.
03:23I think that they have the right brass with Jeff Halfley and John Eric Sullivan, new head
03:29coach, new general manager.
03:30I like Malik Willis as a quarterback, but there is nothing around him.
03:36No talent in any way, shape, or form other than HN.
03:40That's about it.
03:40And I think the Miami Dolphins are going to be dreadful.
03:44A two-win football team, the Miami Dolphins, when you look at it this season.
03:50So how about the AFC North?
03:53And listen, I think this division is going to be absolutely, positively sensational.
03:58I have three playoff teams in the AFC North.
04:04I love the Cincinnati Bengals this year.
04:06I think Cincinnati is going to live up to all the hype.
04:10I love what Joe Burrow has been saying all offseason in terms of manifesting it and believing
04:17it.
04:17And it's not just random offseason chatter.
04:20The Cincinnati Bengals looked the part in the offseason by doing things that were uncharacteristic
04:27for this football team in terms of trading for Dexter Lawrence, giving up a first-round
04:33pick, spending money on defense, active in free agency.
04:37And Joe Burrow's back.
04:39Joe Burrow's healthy.
04:41Jamar Chase is unbelievable.
04:43Chase and Tee Higgins, the best one-two punch at the wide receiver position in the entire
04:48league.
04:48Line is good.
04:49Chase Brown is solid running the football.
04:52Joe Burrow's going to have the best regular season he's ever had.
04:56I can't wait to see the Cincinnati Bengals win a minimum of 12 games this season.
05:05I'm obsessed with the Baltimore Ravens.
05:07Absolutely obsessed.
05:08And more specifically, I'm obsessed with Lamar Jackson.
05:12Talked to Lamar Jackson on our SiriusXM radio show.
05:15And honestly, I talked to him every single August on our show.
05:18And this was the best I've ever heard of him.
05:20He's foaming at the mouth for this season.
05:23He is fired up about Jesse Minter, thinks that he is, quote, a breath of fresh air as
05:27the head coach.
05:28And he loves Declan Doyle, the new offensive coordinator.
05:32Listen, I think in terms of running the football, in terms of chunk plays, splash plays, big plays,
05:40I think this offense for Baltimore is going to be unstoppable.
05:44Lamar said he is 100% physically, 100% mentally.
05:49Ravens win 11 games.
05:50They make the playoffs via the wild card.
05:53I dig the Steelers.
05:54I've been saying it on Shine Time all offseason.
05:57I think Mike McCarthy's the right guy at the right time.
06:00Mike Tomlin, phenomenal job when you look at a couple of decades in Pittsburgh.
06:04But they won a playoff game with the Pittsburgh Steelers since they beat Alex Smith and the
06:09Kansas City Chiefs.
06:10That's a lifetime ago.
06:12Mike McCarthy, Aaron Rodgers, back together.
06:15They will make sweet, beautiful music.
06:17And in the final season for Rodgers and his legendary career, still a ton of gas left in the tank.
06:24McCarthy, Pittsburgh native.
06:27His X's and O's are great.
06:29I love Rico Darrell as a pickup at running back.
06:32Michael Pittman Jr., love him at the wide receiver position.
06:36And Aaron Rodgers is going to go out at the end of the day with a bang.
06:41He's going to be all smiles.
06:42I think the Steelers make the playoffs.
06:44I think they win a playoff game.
06:46I think T.J. Watt and the defense will be much better than last year.
06:5011 wins for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and they will make the playoffs.
06:54The Cleveland Browns are the Cleveland Browns.
06:59Deshaun Watson is the quarterback.
07:01That's where hope goes to die.
07:03The same thing is, I actually think the Browns have some good parts and pieces on offense around him.
07:10Young receivers, and at the tight end, Harold Fannin.
07:13And when you look at the running back position, but you can't take this team seriously this year with Deshaun
07:20Watson under center.
07:22How about the AFC South?
07:24I think the Houston Texans are going to be terrific this season.
07:29I think there's one team in this division that will eventually make the playoffs, and it's going to be Houston.
07:35I think the Texans, with C.J. Stroud, and I think Stroud is going to even out his play.
07:42I think you're going to see Stroud and Nico Collins and Nick Caley's offense really just do a much better
07:49job than what we saw last year.
07:51Nico Collins, to me, is absolutely an elite wide receiver.
07:55I think Stroud will be helped by three new offensive linemen.
07:58I think he will be helped by David Montgomery, now at the running back position, team him with Woody Marks.
08:05I think that's an upgrade.
08:07I think that C.J. Stroud, you'll never see what we saw his rookie year, where it was arguably the
08:12best rookie season ever in the history of the NFL, the quarterback position.
08:16He's coming off of the single worst playoff game in the history of the NFL, the quarterback position.
08:21But I like C.J. Stroud.
08:23I think he's going to be good.
08:24Not necessarily great, but he just needs to make sure he doesn't ever have that kind of performance ever again.
08:31His regular season last year was good.
08:33I think he'll be even better.
08:35I think that eventually they can come to a contractual agreement after this season.
08:40I don't think that will happen now.
08:42Now, I don't think it makes sense for either side, either Stroud, who's coming off that awful game, if you're
08:47Nick Casario and the Texans, you want to wait and see.
08:51Listen, I love D'Amico Ryans.
08:53I think he is one of the best coaches in the NFL.
08:55That defense is the best in the NFL.
08:57I love Will Anderson.
08:59I love Stingley.
09:00I love Hunter.
09:01I love him on every single level.
09:04Texans win 11 games this year.
09:06They win the AFC South.
09:08I am going to lose a lot of sleep over not picking the Jacksonville Jaguars.
09:13This was my toughest omission.
09:16I think Jacksonville, at the end of last year, was the best team in the AFC.
09:21Trevor Lawrence, in theory, second year working with Liam Cohen, should be able to take his game and his name
09:27to a different level,
09:28especially if Thomas can regain his form from his rookie year at the receiver position.
09:33I love Jacoby Myers.
09:34I think they can run the ball with authority.
09:36I think they have a good defense.
09:37I felt bad at not putting the Jags in the playoffs.
09:41Listen, they can end up winning the Super Bowl, and I would have just missed the boat here,
09:45but they were my last omission here for my playoff predictions.
09:49I think the Colts are kind of the human shrug emoji.
09:52I mean, I think they're going to be good.
09:55Last year, they were great before Daniel Jones got hurt.
09:58They were 8-1.
10:00I do think Jonathan Taylor is going to have a monster season.
10:04Alec Pierce looks like he's on track to be healthy instantly and play right away, which is great.
10:11I still don't understand the Pittman trade.
10:13I think the defense is good, not great.
10:15I will take the Colts to win nine games.
10:18And you know the expression.
10:21Remember the Titans?
10:22Forget about the Titans.
10:23I had such high hopes for this team.
10:26I had such good vibes for this team.
10:28You know, maybe you shouldn't overreact to August.
10:30I'm going to overreact to August.
10:31Robert Sala looked dazed and confused.
10:33Brian Dayball, I don't know what the hell's going on with that offense.
10:36I loved Cam Ward out of the U a couple of drafts ago as the number one overall pick,
10:41and I still do.
10:43I'm just waiting for something.
10:45Some kind of sign.
10:46Haven't seen it yet when you take a look at Cam Ward.
10:51Yikes.
10:52Let's go out west.
10:54And honestly, I love the Chargers.
10:57And I know that the center is done for the year, and I have to at least process that.
11:02But I think that this team is loaded.
11:06And I love Justin Herbert.
11:08And he needs to be great.
11:09And he has to ultimately, when it's all said and done, become a true great quarterback.
11:14But I think the signs are there.
11:17You have Mike McDaniel now calling the plays.
11:19That's a monster upgrade.
11:21You have Rashawn Slater, his left tackle back.
11:24You bring in David Njoku.
11:25He's happy with Madison Beer.
11:28This all matters here.
11:30I think that the line is going to be solid, even without their center.
11:34Defense is really strong.
11:37Jim Harbaugh is fantastic.
11:39So, I think the Chargers will win the AFC West.
11:42I'm going to take the Broncos to make the playoffs.
11:44I think the Broncos have a top three defense in the NFL.
11:47I think Sean Payton's going to the Hall of Fame.
11:50I think he's a fabulous head coach.
11:52I think Jalen Waddell is going to have a monster season.
11:55And this guy.
11:57Look, it's the year of the Knicks.
11:59So, I can't, at the end of the day, have playoff predictions and not put Knicks in the playoffs.
12:05I said I just needed to see him healthy after the ankle surgeries, plural, from the offseason.
12:12And he looked healthy in the preseason game against Green Bay.
12:15And I told you on Shine Time, that's all I needed to see.
12:17Bo Knicks, baby.
12:19Knicks tape.
12:20I'm excited for what the Broncos are going to look like.
12:23So, that means no Chiefs in the playoffs.
12:25Now, I'm not one of these haters.
12:26I think that Mahomes is going to be fantastic.
12:29I think they'll win nine games.
12:31I just don't think the Kansas City Chiefs have the requisite talent.
12:35Frankly, when I say nine wins, that's because of Patrick Mahomes.
12:39Because of Andy Reid.
12:40Because I love Kenneth Walker.
12:42I thought that was an excellent pickup.
12:44I hate the receiver position.
12:45I think there's no depth in talent.
12:47I don't think the defense is very good.
12:49Travis Kelsey.
12:51Obviously, a little long in the tooth.
12:53Just got married.
12:54I don't know if you heard about that in the offseason.
12:55So, I have the Kansas City Chiefs missing the playoffs this year.
13:01And look, Kirk Cousins is officially under center for the Raiders to start the season.
13:07And that's where hope goes to die.
13:09And I'm not surprised by it, obviously.
13:11I mean, all the signs were pointing in that direction.
13:14And Clint Kubiak has been outspoken about that, even from the jump.
13:17But, I just, the Ashton Gentry injury makes me nervous.
13:22And I don't think the Raiders are going to be able to ultimately function this year.
13:28And I love the offseason.
13:30Love the new head coach.
13:31Love Fernando Mendoza.
13:33The vibes are not there when you take a look at it for the Raiders.
13:37I think they will be a five-win football team this season.
13:41So, let's recap and take a look at my playoff teams out of the AFC.
13:47We have the Buffalo Bills.
13:50We have the Cincinnati Bengals.
13:53The Houston Texans.
13:54The L.A. Chargers.
13:56Baltimore.
13:57Pittsburgh.
13:58And Denver as my playoff teams this year in the AFC.
