00:00Trump gave praise to this gas station for selling around 50 cents cheaper than nearby stations during peak gas prices.
00:06And everyone was like, wow, how is that even possible?
00:09As it turns out, their supplier says they got nearly four million dollars in gas and never paid a dime.
00:15Here's what's happening.
00:16That chain is called Freedom Fuel Network near Philadelphia,
00:18and back on July 1st, President Trump praised them on Truth Social,
00:22saying they were doing it because they love the country.
00:25At the time, nobody could explain how those prices got so low.
00:29But now a supplier says it has the answer.
00:32Mansfield Oil, a distributor out of Georgia, filed a lawsuit on August 19th against the middleman that bought the gas,
00:38a company called KRSM.
00:40Mansfield claims KRSM took 1.1 million gallons worth almost four million dollars and never paid for it.
00:47That's exactly how the gas went out so cheap.
00:49Now, none of this is proven and KRSM gets its day in court.
00:53You might have also seen some headlines out there saying this gas is stolen,
00:56but let's be clear, this is a civil lawsuit over an unpaid bill, not a criminal theft case.

01:14KRSM denies the claim.
01:16And the crazy part is that if the bill really went unpaid, the drivers who filled up cheap just got
01:21cheap gas.
01:22That's it. You know, you're not on the hook for some company's unpaid invoice.
01:25The only sting for everyone else is that they didn't get on that deal too.
