Some distractions arrive with the confidence of a regular commuter.

Cameron filmed the moment from inside his car in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A bird is perched on the outside of the windshield, facing the cabin. As the car begins moving, the bird stays in place, riding along while the view shifts behind it. When the windshield wipers activate, the bird lifts off and flies away.

For a brief stretch, it plays like a tiny standoff between a driver and an uninvited front-row passenger before the car’s routine features settle the matter.
