Some neighborhood visitors do not need an invitation twice.

A seagull stands on the outside windowsill and repeatedly taps its beak against the glass.

The filmer, Anastasiya, told WooGlobe, "My husband put some food on our windowsill just for fun, not expecting anything to happen. The very next day, a seagull came back. Since then, she has been visiting us almost every day, tapping on the window and demanding her snack. Over time, we got used to each other, and now it feels like we have made a little feathered friend."

The steady knocking gives the moment the rhythm of a familiar routine. The brief standoff at the glass ends up feeling like a small, everyday exchange in Sevastopol.
