00:00It's been 8 years since we first got a crumb of information on Elder Scrolls 6's existence,
00:05and it's been a long road of little else since. But if the developers are to be believed,
00:09it will be worth the wait. It has to be. Talking to EW, Todd Howard repeated some
00:13stuff we already know about the game, like the fact that it's the biggest project in the studio's
00:17pipeline, and that the majority of the studio is working on it. That said, he did touch on
00:22arguably the biggest controversy Bethesda Game Studios is facing at the moment. The fact that
00:26it's games are taking a really freaking long time to make these days. We know we need to get it
00:31right, and it's been a long time, Howard says. We didn't see the Elder Scrolls 6 at this month's
00:35Xbox Game Showcase during Summer Game Fest, meaning it's likely to be months until we do. Maybe
00:40something to look out for at the Game Awards in December. Xbox Chief Content Officer Matt Booty
00:44recently confirmed that he's seen the game in motion and said it looks amazing and he's coming
00:49along well, adding, we'll make sure to announce it and really reveal it at the right time.
