Stamps can be used to mark PDF documents with labels such as Approved, Draft, Reviewed, or other useful indicators.

00:09so over here in Adobe Acrobat Pro you can also use stems to approve some documents in order to
00:16use the stem tool I can go into tools right here and over here you'll be able to find stem
00:21so stem
00:21is over here in review and approve and you can add this on onto your right-hand window right here
00:28so let me just click on stamp and once I do that you can see that you get these stamp
00:32tools and once
00:33you go into the stamp you can see that approved is the regular stamp so I can just choose this

00:38you can also add in your name so this is the login name that I have so let me just
00:42add into the tube
00:43so I'm just going to do that I'm not going to add any other details so I'm just going to

00:48it click it and there you go there's my stamp right here and if you have to right click go
00:52into its properties you'll be able to see that this is the author and review history everything
00:58is approved right there so that's the stamp right here there's dynamic stamp right here like revise
01:04so once you click on this you can see that the date and the day appears as well along with

01:10timestamp right there you can also go over here and there's a review so you can see that this is
01:16reviewed by titty tube there so there are different stamps which is actually generated generated for you
01:21just like that you can also sign here and then you can add in witness just like that and you

01:26also have things like check marks just like this and you also have see here that their standard
01:33business like final completed for public release and so forth so a lot of stamps actually given to
01:38you so you can also source stamp names right here and then you can see that all of the stamps
01:43are
01:43there so once you store stamp names only the stamp names are there right there let me disable it and
01:50it'll go back to the graphics once you go to stamp palette you can see that there are a lot
01:55of
01:55palettes so you can see so these are some dynamic palettes which changes according to the time and
02:00date you can also go over here there's sign here stamps right here there's also stamp business stamps and
02:05favorite stamps you can also import some files right here which is in jpz format so let's say you want
02:11to have some pictures like this as a stamp you can just select this press open and that image is
02:18actually
02:19imported and it can be used as a stamp so you can change this as a stamp so and you
02:24can change this
02:24out into standard business stamp press ok and the stamp will be there in standard business so you go
02:30down there's the stamp right here so once you do that you'll be able to access the stamp right here
02:37so this is quite a big of a stamp right here as you can see and the stamp is applied
02:42so let me just press
02:43ctrl Z to actually rebut that out so there's some custom stamps as well you can create a stamp right
02:49here and then select it it's simply the same as importing a stamp right there so that is how you
02:55can use the stamp tool inside of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to add an add-on review and approved stamps
