00:09If you want to publish your PDF contents in web, you can easily export the PDF as an HTML file
00:17by
00:18using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. In order to do that, you can see that I got two files right here.
00:23Let
00:23me export them as HTML. It is as easy as going to file, export to, and here you have an
00:30option
00:31to export it as HTML web page. So you can also see that there are other options that you can
00:37export to like XML plain text, but right now we're going to focus on HTML. So let me click this,
00:43and once I do that, you can see that I can choose a location. So I'm going to go into
00:50desktop. Inside my new folder, I'm going to export it here. I can also view the results
00:55which I will open up the file later on. Let me go to settings and let's see what there is.
01:01So you
01:01can export it as a single HTML piece, and you can also export it as multiple HTML pieces. So if
01:09you
01:09have multiple bookmarks and so forth, you can use this option as well. In my case, I only have one
01:14piece, so I'm going to export it as a single HTML piece. You can also add in headings based on
01:19navigation framers here, and you can add in bookmarks as well. So it creates hyperlinks
01:24according to what it is. I can also include images and so forth. I can also recognize the text if
01:30it
01:30is a scanned document. So let's say I'm going to set it into English as default. So once I'm done
01:35with that, I'm going to press OK, and I'm going to save this out. And once I do that, you
01:41can see
01:41here, it's an HTML piece right here. So now you can tell by going over here, and going over into
01:47more tools, developer tools, and here you'll be able to see that everything is exported as an
01:54HTML document, and you can select everything out just like that. Let me try one more document. So I
01:59got this presentation, let's export this as HTML piece. Now, this is a multiple piece
02:04documentation. So I'm going to go to onto file, export, and I'm going to say HTML web page. So I'm
02:13going to leave the settings as it is. I just want to export it as a single HTML page. I
02:19can
02:19press save, and then it is exporting the document, including the images right there. So
02:25it is preprocessing file for export. And now you can see that it has been exported as an HTML
02:32page right here. So this might not be perfect, but you can see that everything is exported just
02:37like that. Even the layout is there. So all of it is exported as an HTML document may not be
02:46perfect. But anyways, you can select the text and then copy the HTML code as you wish. So that is
02:51how
02:52you can export your documents as HTML from PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Hope you guys learned
02:58something as always. And as always, please like, comment, share, and subscribe.
