00:00Hello everyone, so sorry we have just uploaded one video reacting to the

00:06Retorizing new season reveal and in that video I was going to touch on this completely forgot

00:11But it's kind of good. We're doing this separate anyway. This is the gamescom day one recap

00:15We're going to read through it and talk about it. They just did the live stream

00:28The division 2 at gamescom crossplay echoes of central park and red horizon

00:32Yes, that is the name of the next dlc that they're working on for the division 2 echoes of central

00:39park

00:39So this was just today. Like I said a games where we got day two tomorrow with even more

00:44I'll try and do the same then so agents we have officially kicked off gamescom with our first division 2

00:50panel

00:50Joined by creative director yannick and game director alex to take a look at what's coming up next for the

00:56division 2

00:58Uh crossplay arrives in november

01:00This is one of the first things people are going to want to know about

01:04They'd give us a date crossplay is in november and they did speak a little bit about this

01:09It's probably going to cover it now

01:10So one of the most requested additions to division 2 is finally on the way crossplay launches this november

01:15Bringing agents together across platforms has required significant work behind the scenes

01:20Including partially rebuilding the game's online architecture

01:23With crossplay your platform will no longer stand between you and other agents opening up matchmaking and allowing more of

01:29the community to play together

01:31When crossplay launches all players will be migrated to the crossplay environment

01:35Crossplay will be enabled by default

01:37Players can disable crossplay from the character selection screen if they don't want to be involved in it though

01:43With crossplay enabled you can encounter and play with agents from all supported platforms who have also enabled it

01:49With crossplay disabled you'll only encounter players on your own platform

01:53Clans will be migrated to crossplay allowing agents from different platforms to join the same clan

01:59I believe from how they said it

02:01If you do not have crossplay enabled

02:03I'm not sure if crossplay uh if clans will be a thing

02:08I think that's a bit I was confused about there

02:10Uh, the way they word it clans are going to be migrated to crossplay allowing agents from different platforms to

02:15join the same clan

02:16I'm guessing

02:18I'm guessing we all get migrated there so yeah, i'm sure you'll still be able to get in clans if

02:22you're not

02:22If you disable crossplay uh clan capacity is going to increase from 50 to 100 members

02:27That's awesome because I was worried about the amount of people that want to be in my clan

02:30That gives us a lot of room um to move people in

02:33On playstation xbox. It's real good leaderboards will be reset with the introduction of crossplay

02:39So a full leaderboard reset

02:41Uh with crossplay settings also reflecting in leaderboard display

02:45So you can have a look at your own

02:47Platform leaderboard and the leaderboard as a whole

02:49Beyond making it easier to play with friends regardless of platform crossplay is intended to create a healthier matchmaking environment

02:56And reduce queue times across the game we'll share more details as we get closer to its november launch

03:03Uh, they also spoke about red horizon

03:06The new season we've just done a video on this

03:10Uh, i'm glad it's brief. So just read this quickly red horizon does launch tomorrow august 27 bringing the cleaners

03:15to washington dc

03:16Following the events of battle for brooklyn the cleaners have lost their supply of purple flame and are heading to

03:22dc in search of a new source

03:24The presence will grow across the city throughout the season with cleaner activities elite kill squads and more

03:29This season's modifier system centers on a new pressure gauge built

03:33Uh

03:34Built it through combat so I build it through combat then experiment with different active and passive modifiers to change

03:40how you use it

03:41The dark zone is also getting two major updates following community feedback the toxic pv dark zone will become a

03:47permanent part of the game

03:48On the pvp side blackout joins rotation removing the usual power restrictions and allowing agents to bring the full strength

03:55of their builds into the dark zone

03:56Including shade watch bonuses expertise and prototype gear sounds amazing

04:00And that's the and that's only part of what's coming with red horizon read the full breakdown here

04:32Looking at that roadmap there we can see it was rise up with escalation for season one

04:38Season two into the dark broken rain incursion, which we've just dubbed

04:41Season three starts tomorrow cross play at eta november

04:45And season four new features it says

04:49We've also come in new dlc

04:51So red horizon isn't the end of year eight during the panel

04:54We shared an early look at what agents can expect from season four including the return of the black tusk

04:59and a hint at a possible white tusk deployment

05:02Season four will also bring major changes to several of year eight end game systems

05:06Prototype gear is being reworked to give players significantly more control over how they progress and customize their items

05:12Reducing the system's reliance on rng

05:14The changes will touch expertise augments and introduce new ways to fine-tune prototype gear

05:20Escalations are also evolving in season four season three addresses one of the biggest pain points by preventing tokens from

05:27being lost after a disconnect

05:28But there's more ahead in season four agents will have greater control over the challenge and rewards of their escalations

05:34While changes to mutators will make them more consistent and predictable

05:38We'll have much more to share about season four in the future. That sounds to me

05:43That sounds to me just off the bat

05:45That we're going to go up to an escalation and we're going to have to play with no mutators

05:49And it'll cost

05:51little currency

05:53Maybe little drop rate

05:55But then we'll be able to turn on mutators

05:58For more currency higher drop rate could be wrong. That's kind of sounds what I sound that's a lot of

06:04feedback stated

06:05They'd love to be able to do something like that. So one surprised me if that was that our next

06:09expansion

06:10They're calling it an expansion, but it is a dlc echoes of central park

06:15Finally, we reveal the title of our next expansion for the division two echoes of central park. Maybe they are

06:20like

06:21There's a difference between expansion and dlc like expansion was warlords of new york dlc. It was brooklyn battle for

06:27brooklyn

06:28dlc was much smaller in many ways. It wasn't that expensive

06:32uh, about um, wallets of new york was a much more

06:36Things like double the price was more to it

06:39And we'll read through now, but it did mention about this being replayable

06:42They didn't just was want this to be a one-time and done thing like battle for brooklyn

06:46They want to give us plenty of reason to keep on playing it. So maybe it is an expansion and

06:51there's much more to it

06:52It sounds like it they're even using the word

06:54So new york city has always had a special connection to the division

06:58But there's one iconic like location. We have never truly explored in our central park

07:03During the outbreak central park was used as a mass burial ground years later

07:07What remains inside the park is unknown the question sits at the heart of echoes of central park

07:12Look at these screens

07:14Uh, the expansion begins with a distress call coming from somewhere inside the park across the upper west side

07:20Rumors are spreading about what lies beyond its gates

07:23Agents will need to investigate those reports prepare for what lies ahead and eventually enter central park to uncover what

07:29has happened there since the outbreak

07:32Echoes of central park leans into a darker atmosphere where fear can be just as dangerous as the enemy

07:37What happens when that fear begins to spread and how do you fight something you cannot always see?

07:44They said dark and fear in the stream today

07:48And they want to stay true to tom clancy's name though. They did say that that was important

07:52While they were making this, uh, but they did want to kind of bend the rules

07:57So be interested to see what this is echoes of central park showcases september the 24th

08:02So save the date september 24 9 a.m pt 6 p.m central european world gameplay reveal

08:09So september 24 this sounds like it's definitely going to be coming

08:14It could be the end of season three could be the start of season four

08:18Who knows but a gameplay reveal less than a month

08:21So you won't have to wait long to see more join us on september 24th at 9 a.m 6

08:26For a dedicated echoes of central park showcase where we'll reveal more of what awaits inside central park

08:32Before then there's still work to be done in washington dc year eight season three red horizon arrives august 27th

08:41The only thing they didn't touch in there is what yannick was talking about in the gamescom presentation

08:48Panel as it was, uh, they were talking about there being like an end sort of end game to the

08:55dlc

08:56They wanted to be replayable. They started building this dlc expansion with that in mind

09:01A lot of people always say well, we love warlords. We love battle for brooklyn, but there's never any reason

09:07to go back there

09:08So that was at the forefront of creating this and they said they're going to be doing things that aren't

09:14seen elsewhere in the game

09:18So, I don't know. I personally things i've been thinking about what they could kind of take from the division

09:22one still

09:23Is resistance a horde mode?

09:26Is there something like that they could do is it going to be some little game modes attached mini game

09:31modes attached to the dlc as well?

09:33I'm sure we'll find out more on september 24th

09:36Very exciting. We're going to get this in year eight as well

09:40And yeah, we're coming to the end of year eight now. We're over halfway. We're starting the second half tomorrow

09:46We've got this brand new season red horizon upon us for the showcase

09:50We've got a halloween event as well coming for this season

09:53And then we will soon enough be in that final season with a dlc echoes of a central park to

10:00look forward to

10:01And we haven't even spoke about survivors yet tomorrow at gamescom the panel two is the future of the division

10:08They've said that so maybe year nine discussion

10:12Definitely survivors discussion
