The German film and theater director and impresario Christoph Schlingensief hopes to build a theater and arts performance center somewhere in Africa. It will be shaped like a snail,so that it can be easily expanded as needed and when financing is available. ARTS.21 joined Schlingensief as he toured Cameroon,Burkina Faso and Mozambique in search of a suitable location for his project.
