Lee Aaker became famous as Rusty on The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin, one of the most popular television series of the 1950s.
After the show ended, however, his acting career gradually faded. He later worked as a carpenter and became an adaptive ski instructor in California.
Lee Aaker died in 2021 at the age of 77.
