00:00Coach Patterson says there's been some give and take on the run game.
00:02How do you feel you guys are doing defending the run so far?
00:05I feel like there's definitely a heavy emphasis on the run and stopping the run.
00:09So I feel like everything we do, we have a lot of, I would say maybe checks
00:15and just different things that we get into when we think that they're about to run the ball
00:22to just give us the best odds to go against the run.
00:25So I've been liking the new scheme and how he's been doing things.
00:27Do you feel like it's helped your eye discipline, just what Coach Patterson has done?
00:30Yes, Coach Patterson, it's kind of a mix of a bunch of things.
00:33Coach Patterson, constant drill work with Coach Egg coming in as well,
00:37just nailing down the basics, that's been great for us.
00:40So I feel like all that has helped our eye discipline and technique.
00:43What's it like working with Coach Eckler?
00:45Coach Eckler, he's one of the best teachers I've been around.
00:49The way he explains things and gets a big group of people
00:54or a small group of people to understand things very quickly is very effective
00:58in how he communicates to us, so it's been great working with him.
