00:00We've talked a lot about how Gary Patterson is a super intense person.
00:03What was he like during and then after this game?
00:07Yeah, I think I really alluded to it before, but Coach P is one of those people
00:11where he doesn't change based off a situation, game day, practice, walk-through, meeting.
00:18I mean, he's going to have that competitive spirit, whether we play dominoes or play in a real game.
00:23So he always brings that fire, so it's great to have on that sideline for the first time.
00:28I know we didn't have other things, but in a game setting, it was a great look.
00:32What was the experience playing next to that team?
00:35I mean, you guys see it on the field.
00:37He's another head.
00:39He's like another coach out there, so he can help us out.
00:42I'm looking at him.
00:43He's getting me right.
00:44I'm getting him right, and he also helps the other players around you,
00:47and that's when you know you're a great player when you can impact the others around you as well.
00:52Now that you've been in an actual game,
00:54how would you say the linebacking core has kind of changed or looked different from last season?
01:00I would say just back to the fundamentals.
01:03I feel like we're just very deep on the guys that understand the fundamentals of the game
01:07and our playbook and our scheme and what we're trying to get out of this whole thing.
01:10So just having that depth and having depth all the way through from top to bottom
01:16is just a great look for us going into the rest of the season.
01:19Amen.
