00:00Hey what's up everybody, Marcos from POD and just so you know, I got a lot of love for Metal
00:04Hammer, but these are my top four metal albums.
00:11Number one, Life After Death, Iron Maiden, because that was the introduction.
00:17My cousin pulled out the vinyl when I was like eight years old and said, have you heard this band?
00:23Have you even know what this is?
00:25And Eddie's coming out of the grave, he popped the vinyl on, and all I had to hear was, scream
00:30for me long bitch, smile.
00:33And I just instantly was like, I want to do that for my life. And it was very inspirational for
00:39me.
00:40So, number two, Master of Puppets. Master of Puppets is a record that influenced me just as a guitar player.
00:47I mean, all the riffs that they wrote, just the songs in general. How could you not deny Metallica?
00:53From Master of Puppets, the song, the breakdown and the bridge were the dueling guitar licks.
01:00It was so beautiful. I always kept reminding my tape and going, I got to hear that part again, I
01:04got to hear that part again.
01:05Number three, Queensryche, Operation Mindcrime.
01:09Great story, lots of tension, lots of drama, great melodies, hooks, great guitar playing.
01:15Absolutely love that record. That record I used to fall asleep to in my youth.
01:20And I would say number four, Sabotage, Hall of the Mountain King.
01:24There's really no rhyme or reason. That record resonated with me as a youth.
01:29And I still listen to that album until this day.
