00:00If you don't like cabbage you're probably just making it wrong. Chop your cabbage into one inch
00:03squares. Go ahead and heat up your oil. One pound of slice andouille. Go ahead and salt your sausage.
00:07Add in one chopped yellow onion. Now you're going to throw in your cabbage. You can add a little oil
00:10if you need to. We're just going to kind of saute the cabbage just a little bit and then we'll

00:13our chicken stock. We're going to close the lid, lower the heat, and let it continue to simmer for
00:17about 10 minutes. Season this with a little Cajun seasoning, some fresh ground pepper, and a little
00:21bit of salt. Okay now we're going to go with a little bit of heavy cream. Let your liquid reduce
00:23about halfway and then go with about a half a cup to a whole cup of grated parmesan. Okay now
