00:00A factory in Kulai, Johor has been ordered to close temporarily after the Jalur Gamilang and Johor flag were found
00:07flying upside down.
00:09Johor Housing and Local Government Committee Chairman Jafni Shukur said the state viewed the incident seriously because both flags represent
00:17the country and state's identity, dignity and sovereignty.
00:22He stressed that the matter could not be dismissed as a minor mistake.
00:26The Kulai Municipal Council closed the factory pending an explanation from the company while both flags were immediately repositioned correctly.

00:43Berita Harian quoted him as saying action must be taken without fear or favour if any law or licensing condition
00:50had been breached.
00:50He also warned businesses and industrial operators across Johor that carelessness was no excuse for failing to show proper respect
