00:00hey guys this is beer taster america now in all my videos i've always just said this is beer taster
00:07i've recently discovered on the internet there's actually like three or four guys out there
00:11all called beer taster and i didn't realize that when i chose this name i started doing
00:16these videos but it is what it is so just to distinguish myself from all of them
00:21i'm going to refer to myself as beer taster america so i'm out here in america guys this
00:26is arizona and uh i'm just showing you guys beers that are widely available here that i can find in
00:32local stores by me like grocery stores or walmart for the most part and going to compare them and
00:39guys i'm going to be doing the biggest comparison if we're honest for beers that guys are actually
00:45drinking these days the top three of the top four beers are right here guys three of the top four
00:56beers bud light the most popular and cores light the next the miller light these three are all hugely
01:05popular beers bud light by far is the most popular best-selling beer cores light behind it middle light
01:13and third guys each have their own unique characteristics in terms of ingredients
01:20they're adjunct lagers the adjunct and bud light is rice and cores light it's corn and a miller light
01:26it's also corn so rice corn corn they're all kind of similar they're all a little bit different
01:35i have my personal preference of which of these three i like best but i'm coming into this review
01:41with just an open mind i'm just going to taste how these beers right here taste right now because
01:45sometimes you know you might be surprised the beer might taste a little bit better
01:49or not as good on any given day so i'm just going to try to be open and see what
01:54these taste like
01:55right now first bud light before i taste them let me do a smell test first bud light
02:03it's real faint it's like a mild faint sweet malty
02:14clean sort of aroma
02:18i think the rice adjunct's a little bit just cleaner and smoother than the corn adjunct
02:22you just taste smell the real it's just smooth and light and mildly sweet malty
02:28bud light not bad aroma wise coors light
02:35i'd say it's even even milder smelling than bud light
02:41it's real mild it's just faintly malty
02:47it's a faint cereal kind of maltiness
02:51slightly sweet
02:54and lastly let me smell miller light
03:00and again this just these beers are so faint smelling they have very little smell
03:06i just want to say this one's the cleanest of the three
03:11it's just really faintly malty and grainy
03:17real faintly so
03:20all right guys taste test bud light first
03:33taste like nothing
03:36it's just like stale water like stale
03:40bready almost cardboardy kind of water
03:43real mild
03:45but not not bad it doesn't taste bad it just
03:49has so little taste it's just like a bready almost cardboardy
03:53kind of flavor it's really it's not a bad flavor but
03:57i don't think there's much that's really that good about it
04:13i really prefer budweiser to bud light guys i mean i just
04:17i'm not a big fan of bud lights
04:20there's nothing bad about it but there's nothing good about it either
04:23that's the problem with bud light
04:24all right guys here's coars light
04:41it's real mild and clean
04:43it's kind of like a grainy breadiness to it
04:46there's something like a little bit sour at the end like a sour kind of flavor to it
04:50a little bit sour
04:51coars light
05:01it's super cold
05:03and they became really well known for their cold activated can
05:07with the mountains turn blue
05:09and cold and super cold
05:10so this is super cold
05:12it's cold out here today guys it's like in the 50s right now
05:15out here in the desert
05:19and you know there's a breeze and it's kind of overcast
05:22sun's trying to peek through
05:24it's a cool day out here for us in the winter
05:26and i have this on ice and this is this is freaking cold right now this beer
05:31and it's going down all these beers go down smooth
05:37i mean that beer is super smooth
05:41i think it's better than bud light
05:44but the flavor is not that great
05:47i'll put it like that
05:48bud light
05:49bud light is like made not to offend
05:51there's nothing bad about it
05:53it's so neutral
05:53but it's like so neutral that there's really nothing that good about it either
05:58it's just totally neutral and boring
06:01course light has more character
06:02has some character and flavor to it
06:05but it's like a grainy corny almost sour kind of flavor
06:12it's a little bit bitter i mean i guess
06:14it's really more sour than bitter
06:17it's like a sour kind of grainy corn flavor
06:23and now miller light
06:39i think miller light
06:42has some flavor
06:43you know it has more flavor than bud light
06:46maybe a little bit less flavor than coors light
06:48but i think it has the best flavor of the three
06:54and it's not too sweet
06:55you know
06:56it's just
06:57it's pretty good i think for this style of beer
06:59i think miller light is pretty good
07:11i'd say it has like the cleanness of the bud light
07:14like bud light is just like real clean and neutral
07:17and easy to drink like water almost
07:20miller light kind of has that
07:22coors light doesn't coors light is a little bit more
07:24i don't like sour
07:28miller light has that but it has some flavor
07:30like coors light has some good flavor to it
07:31but just has that like sourness
07:34miller light
07:35has some flavor but it's nice and clean
07:37like the bud light
07:39so that's what i think
07:40i think miller light's the best of these three
07:45i mean these three beers are so close
07:48if you like any one of them
07:49they're really interchangeable
07:53like if i went fishing or if i went to a party
07:56and there was bud light or coors light
07:58instead of miller light
07:59i'd still be happy and drink it
08:00but
08:01if i had a choice
08:03i'd choose miller light
08:08these all serve their purpose and you know they all have huge followings
08:11bud light has the biggest
08:12then coors light then miller light
08:13but
08:14i think if you taste them side by side
08:17you'll see they're all very close
08:20but i think of the three miller light is the best
08:22you should try
08:22you compare all three
08:24these are three of the biggest beers
08:26in america and in the world

08:33bud is real clean
08:34and neutral but boring

08:38it's good to drink

08:41like some good like kind of grainy malty flavor

08:48but it's got kind of like a sour harshness at the end

09:39but i think they have slight differences
