A group of seniors in Singapore have taken up an extreme sport, to help stay active in their later years. Not only does parkour keep them fit but it’s also helping them stay steady on their feet and avoid injuries from falls.

00:27Not only does it keep them fit, but it helps them learn how to fall, a skill that's hoped
00:32will prevent injuries that can be devastating for elderly people.
