Brave Individual Saves Cat Trapped 25 Feet High in Pine Tree

In a touching display of heroism, a cat named Bentley was rescued after being stranded in a pine tree for four days. Filmed by Robert B Reese, who also undertook the rescue, the event unfolded on February 15, 2018. Reese learned that the one-year-old feline had been stuck for several nights with previous ladder attempts proving unsuccessful. Upon arriving, he quickly spotted Bentley perched on a branch about 25 feet above the ground. After setting up a rope, Reese climbed the tree but found Bentley hesitant to approach. Luckily, the cat owner passed up treats, which ultimately helped Reese gain Bentley's trust. Once the cat came close, he was safely secured in a bag and handed back to owner Katie for food and water.
