00:05with zeros? Hmm? Yeah, I know how it feels. Let me lend you a helping hand in demonstrating how
00:12you can jazz up your pivot table with zeros on those empty cells. Plus, I've got a bonus tip
00:19on how you can do the same thing for regular Excel spreadsheet. So let's get started with
00:25pivot table here. Place your cursor anywhere on the pivot table. This pivot table analyze
00:30and design should be available for you. We're going to select pivot table analyze here. And
00:35then under pivot table, you're going to click this option selection here. And this pop up
00:39menu should appear. Pivot table options. And over here, make sure this check is on the for
00:45empty cell show. And you're going to fill up with zero. If it's not zero, you want to call
00:50it two, three, you can put anything in here. So after that, click OK. As you can see, all
00:56the empty cell will be filled with zero. That is how you do for pivot table. Now for a regular
01:01table here, how do you do it and fill up all this empty cell with zeros? First, you're going
01:06to select your data set like this, and then press Ctrl G to open up the go to pop up
01:12window.
01:13In this go to pop up window, you're going to select special and then select blanks and click
01:19OK. What that does is that basically it highlights all the blank cells. And then at this point,
01:25you're going to press zero on your keyboard. And once you're done entering whatever number
01:30you want to enter, you press Ctrl and enter. And what that does is it basically applies
01:36whatever you entered, for me you'll be zero, to all the highlighted cells.
